Overall good stay

There can be drop carts till the apartment area as we had to walk the way at night with luggage which was quite unpleasant.

Exceptional

The apartment was enough big for our group. It was clean and cozy. We loved the sauna. And the location was also suitable. We saw midnight sun and many reindeer :)

Good value for money

Overall it’s a good stay. Location is good. The apartment is clean and cute.

The heater not working very well, getting colder at night. Contacted receptionist but no response from them.

Apartment is quite far away from the holiday club. never expected that. when I went to the reception, i thought I finally there but i had to walk for 10 -15 mins. lots of snow, cold weather, long distance to the "real" property...... they were frustrating but the apartment was good in the end. (there were some hairs on the pillow btw)

Cozy and perfect

the apartment was amazing and cozy in the middle of Saariselka. Good price for an amazing quality! 100% recommended.

the only downside was that the apartment was a bit far from the centre and we had to take the car every time we wanted to do something.

Sauna, well-stocked kitchen (wine glasses, dishwasher!), wood burning fireplace (wood included), outside storage for skis etc. Location is excellent.

No room for suitcase in the smaller bedroom - but it was great there were two bedrooms, and no one needed to sleep on the sofabed.

There were no elevators, so we had to carry all luggages to the room by stairs, which was painful especially in Winter.

Great location, good value for money, clean, well equipped. I had a great time there and got to experience living like a local. Major buses stop at the hotel too. Walkable to other attractions. Will definitely return and recommend to others!

Instructions for some amenities could have been provided for English speakers (they were not in English, or lacked instructions eg washing machine, sauna). The buffet selection was not very tasty nor wide in variety, but it was cheap.

Wonderful stay.

The property was spacious and clean and had all the amenities required for a few days. It is in a great location within the village.

The Wi-Fi is intermittent and kept dropping out, sometimes for several hours at a time.

lovely clean apartment, the visitor instruction booklet wasn’t brill though.

lack of guidance - the wood for the fire is in the “owners” area in the basement car park, you have to press a button on the kitchen tap for the dishwasher to work

The breakfast buffet was SUPERB! Selection and quality were exquisite. Scrambled eggs were delicious, everything was delicious! I work as a manager in cleaning/housekeeping for the past 20 years, and I was impressed with cleanliness and how well the apartment was maintained. The facility and amenities were over the top, everything from an axe to a sauna was in our apartment. Fully and well-equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, everything to make a great and pleasant stay was provided. Fire place was so nice and gave extra atmosphere to the whole trip. We loved the non-commercial and laid-back atmosphere that could be felt everywhere. Pool and facilities were so nice, clean and well maintained. All kudos to the entire staff!

Location was good and fireplace was best I have ever seen.

Super small toilet dowstairs as they had build bathroom upstairs and pulled the piping thru downstairs toilet.
