About this house rental
A pleasant blend of luxury and comfort. Welcome to our showcase beach home in Galveston’s Beachside Village. One of the most popular, yet, private areas ~ An ideal getaway in a serene neighborhood of pastel beach front/view homes.
Our home features a wide open living, dining and kitchen area that opens to a full deck with a spectacular view of the beach. Plenty of seating for all to enjoy inside and out.
Our home has 2 Master suites with ensuite bathrooms, one Queen room with an ensuite bathroom, one twin room, one bunk room, a daybed area and an additional full and half bathroom. The ground floor has shower stall and basin for convenient rinsing after your return from the beach.
The primary master suite features a sitting area, coffee/tea bar, claw bathtub and private deck with a stunning view of the ocean. A getaway from your getaway!
There is deck access from 3 of the private rooms for you to enjoy at your leisure, all of which have beautiful views of the ocean! A total of 4 decks for gathering outdoors while enjoying the sights and sounds of the ocean.
This is a family friendly home that will comfortably accommodate 3 regular sized families. Perfect for a mini family reunion with ample space to relax.
There is a cargo lift available, for a small fee, that goes from the ground floor to the first floor. This is a big help with luggage and groceries.
We offer a concierge service, as well as open communication with the property manager. Our goal is to make sure you have a wonderful, stress free and relaxing stay.
Most household staples are provided for your convenience: Toilet paper, shower supplies, laundry supplies, paper towels, pantry items, refrigerator items, etc.
Your toes can be in the sand as quick as a two minute walk from the property! We also provide a variety of beach staples: chairs, tent, boogie boards, sand toys, wagon, sand crabbing supplies, etc. for you to enjoy. Most chairs have a carrying straps for easy transport.
There is a charcoal grill on the ground floor with plenty of seating for company while you cook.
Conveniently located just past the Seawall, so you don’t have to travel too far for local dining and entertainment.
With a little information about your group, we aim to accommodate accordingly.

Overall wonderful place and location! A couple of minor things: Cleaning the microwave and refrigerator could have been better. The toilet seat in the Master bathroom was loose. We could not get one of the garage doors to open. The grill was aged and choose to buy another one and left it for the next guest. These are all minor things just fyi. Would we stay again? Absolutely Also the beautiful fresh flowers and snacks were a very nice touch. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay! Beautiful home, great location and very helpful communication. We stayed after hurricane beryl, and got constant updates on what was happening with the home and in the area so we knew what to expect upon arrival. I would highly recommend both this place, and any place Camyll takes care of!

The house was beautiful. Very clean. Host had a basket of snacks for us as well as a 4th of July cake, which was so thoughtful. Multiple porches to hang out and read or just enjoy the outside. Very easy short walk to beach!

Our group of 9 all really enjoyed staying at the house. The house layout worked well for our group and the kitchen and family room area was good for cooking and hanging out. The beach is a very very short walk away. The owner was always quick to reply to questions. You can tell they take pride in the property and think of the details to make the stay more enjoyable for guests. We’ll definitely look to stay here next time we’re back in the area.

Barbie's beach house exceeded our expectations! The house is even better than the photos show! Everything was clean and decorated beautifully. The host and house manager were both so prompt and helpful. The neighborhood is upscale with beautiful homes and the private beach access was perfect and safe for our family. We will definitely be back!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time at this beautiful beach house. It had everything we needed and then some, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend for the views alone but everything else makes it even better. Book this house, you won’t regret it!

This property was spectacular. We did an extended family trip here with kids and grownups in tow. This house delivered and then some. It is VERY close to the beach and has very nice amenities. We’ll probably be back next year!

This home is everything it says it is in the description and more. We had my wife and I and six young adults.
Everyone had plenty of space and the main living area is awesome - very open with lots of places to sit, hang out and play games. Large decks with comfortable seating.
All the things you need for the beach, pop up tent for shade, wagon to haul things, boogie boards, plenty of chairs, beach towels etc.
Would highly recommend this beach house!!

Very close to the beach access, owner arranged for a few specific accommodations for the children. Loved that there were beach toys, kites, tents, wagons, etc. available for use.

We stayed at this property with two families including 5 kids under 10 and it was lovely. The house was very well equipped and clean and there was plenty of space for everyone without ever feeling crowded. The outdoor seating areas were particular impressive, with balconies off almost every room with views of the ocean. Proximity to the beach made hauling our crew easy. Hands down our favorite Galveston rental to date and we hope to return soon.

The owners have brought island life inside in such thoughtful detail. Comfortable and inviting. Especially loved the decks with views of the beach and plenty of rocking chairs and chairs to enjoy the ocean breeze and sunrises and sunsets.

Spectacular. The property is in like new condition. The furnishings are upscale and very tasteful. It had just been decorated for Christmas and the decorations were wonderful. The whole =hose is a designer delight. Everything looks like it has been staged by a professional for a showing to see. Beautiful.

Weekend Getaways!
We have a great time. House was clean and spacious for our family. Short walk to the beach, view of the beach was nice and the neighborhood was even better. Beachside Village is an upscale neighborhood Victorian style on stilts. Houses are colorful and relatively new. I highly recommend staying at this property. There is nothing negative about this property and it's host. Thanks to Camyll for hosting!

Our family of 9 adults and 2 children had a great stay at this house. It was clean, tastefully decorated, and had wonderful porches and good hang out spaces. We found we went into town less because the house was so comfortable.
The house has some nice features. For example, the air temperature stayed constant. Unlike previous years, we were not having major tussles over the thermostat. The house had features to reduce noise, like the cabinets and drawers that "catch" and slowly close, and a hot water dispenser on the sink which made it easy to get a cup of tea without using the microwave. All nice things if you are the first one up and don't want to wake everyone!
The kitchen was well stocked with some basic supplies (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) which reduced trips to the store.
There were nice parking options, including space for 2 cars inside the garage, 2 in the outside driveway, and space for another car a short walk away.
The beach was an easy walk away. There was a wagon available and we loaded our equipement and popped down there quickly. Because cars are not allowed on the beach there were less people there, which was nice.
The owner was quick to respond and helped with any issues that came up. She provided many nice touches to personalize our stay which was nice. She was fast at communicating when we had questions.
The ideal configuration would be 8 adults and 4 children due to the bunk beds/trundle bed, but if some adults don't mind sleeping in bunk bed or trundle it still works.
We greatly enjoyed our stay and would book this location again!

We loved the many covered decks on the East and West sides of the house so no matter the time of day we loved sitting outside.
