This 6 bedroom and 6 bath beachfront vacation home in Wild Dunes is sitting on the edge of the Beach giving you panoramic views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean!
Pavilion Paradise is located smack in the middle of the Grand Pavilion community which is the epicenter of Wild Dunes Resort. While you are just a few steps to your beach at this Isle of Palms vacation rental house, the Grand Pavilion Pools, the world-renowned Boardwalk Inn, the Village Plaza, the tennis courts and all the amenities of Wild Dunes, you still have the seclusion of your own private home. With decks and balconies everywhere, you are overwhelmed by the beauty of our Southern coast. Upon entering the Pavilion Paradise IOP vacation home, which is elevated over its own private garage, you will be led into the expansive living space with an entire wall of windows and doors facing the ocean. Walk out onto the screened porch and enjoy the sound of the surf as you relax on the comfortable patio chairs.
The entire home is professionally decorated so there is no shortage of beauty in Pavilion Paradise. With the living, dining and kitchen area all open to each other, your entire group can easily visit together. The bedroom on this first floor has a queen bed and private bath. As you walk up the beautiful hardwood staircase to the second floor you will find 3 additional bedrooms, each with their own bath and television. The first bedroom features a queen bed with plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your surroundings. The second bedroom is quaintly decorated with 2 twin beds. The third bedroom is one of two large masters with a king bed and ocean front views of the gorgeous Wild Dunes beach. The master bath has plenty of room for 2 with double sinks and bright light coming in. Walk up the staircase to yet another beautifully decorated floor (the third and top level!) where there are two more bedrooms. One features a queen bed (and of course, the private bath.) The second bedroom is the other master bedroom with king bed, television, private bath and balcony with astounding 180 degree views of the beach and ocean!

This house was perfect for our group of ladies. Six bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom was fabulous. The location of the house could not have been better. Steps to the ocean but also so close to Wild Dunes amenities. We did beach and walked to pool for lunch. Management company was great to communicate with. Will definitely save this property for future visits!!

We had a lovely time with beach views from two of the five bedrooms. All was wonderful and fairly well stocked with equipment in the kitchen. Only problem was the garage door would not consistently open and so we got stuck with our cars in there a few times. Otherwise... PERFECT!

We loved 16 Grand Pavillion! Our daughter is a freshman at CofC so the convenience of going back and forth to downtown Charleston was important.
We were 2 families in the house and the space was perfect. There was plenty of room for privacy and when we wantd to be together there was plenty of dining and seating available.
Being able to walk right to the beach was key as well. Also being able to walk the property to the different hotel restaurants and little shops were great.
The beach gear delivery was HUGE!!!!! And there were plenty of beach towels to borrow by the boardwalk pool
The property seemed to have just put down new carpeting which was nice.
There was some mold around the AC vent in the 2nd floor master bedroom .
The clothes dryer did not work great.
The boardwalk pool has 2 pools and one was closed for renovations which was definitely annoying since it was spring break and the property was crowded.
About 3 miles away there was a Harris Teeter for food shopping, restaurants, liquor stores, etc.
All in all we CAN NOT WAIT TO GET BACK!

Spring Break with 2 families
We loved 16 Grand Pavillion! Our daughter is a freshman at CofC so the convenience of going back and forth to downtown Charleston was important.

Fun long weekend getaway
We had a wonderful long weekend with family and friends here. The layout is perfect for a large group and the location is just wonderful beachfront with a yard for games etc and easy walk to pool and restaurants. We will definitely come back!

SC International Freight Conference
This property was perfect for the SC International Trade Conference. The house is beautiful and close to everything. The view of the beach made it feel like we were on a vacation even though we were there for a work event.

Beautiful home in a great location. It worked great for our family. I would definitely rent it again. It was obvious improvements are being made where needed. However, the carpet need to be deep cleaned or replaced.

This was a perfect location on the beach and very close to the swimming pool. We enjoy walks on the beach and the walking paths, and we took our granddaughter to the playground. It was nice to have private bathrooms for each bedroom. There are new window treatments. The toaster only worked on one side, which was disappointing with a big group. We did not use other small appliances. There is a reclining chair that probably needs adjusted, since it reclines back too far. Otherwise all over the furniture was very comfortable. It was a fantastic house for our family to enjoy some time away.

Looks better in the pictures
This property has a great locations and a wonderful floor plan. Rooms are large, each having an attached bathroom. Living space is large. It just looks like the owners haven’t kept it up over the years. Bathrooms are super dated and just dirty looking. The downstairs bathroom literally has a hole in the floor next to the toilet. Master bedroom blinds were falling off the windows and lack of window treatments made it difficult to sleep after sunrise especially in the room with a skylight directly above the bed. I know renting property is a headache dealing with the wear and tear but it’s what happens and you have to keep up with it for renters to want to come back. Hopefully, the owners will realize that they need to update the property or just take it off as a rental.

First, the house in general needs some TLC on the interior. Although very clean, in general it seems like nobody cares about the condition of the interior. New interior paint, new mattresses and a new sofa, as well as replacing the rusting tub in one of the bathrooms would really boost the value of this property. Secondly, the neighbors had their exterior lights on for the first two nights of our stay, lighting up our master bedroom (which had no window treatments) as if it was daylight. The property manager tried to help by offering sleep masks, but it took two nights of inconvenience for us before the neighbors could be reached to turn the lights off.
Other than that, the house would be great for a large family or reunion, and the beach location is outstanding!

Perfect for Your Family
Beautiful property in prime spot on Isle of Palms. On the ocean, yet close to pool, tennis, golf, restaurants, you name it! We'd love to come back again!

Great Location, Beautiful View
Great home with lots of space. Short walk to the beach and pool areas. Large kitchen and dining areas. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to feed a large group. Would definitely rent this property again.
