You are renting the entire gated holiday complex, private terrain and private swimming pool.
No other guests will be around so you do not need to worry about your privacy and you have unlimited access to the full holiday complex:
1 Exclusive Poolside Villa, 1 Deluxe Bungalow Chalet and 3 Bungalow Studios with extra comfort. This unique layout allows your group to spend a memorable time together in a tranquil environment.
Each of the 5 fully air-conditioned well-appointed accommodation include dining and seating areas, private terraces and most have even private roof terraces with gazebo. There is also plenty of space for communal dining. For added convenience, five fully equipped kitchens with washing machine or dishwasher and five private bathrooms with toilet and shower or bathtub. In addition, six free gated parking spaces on-site. Fast Wi-Fi is available in all areas for you at no additional charge.
The four luxurious single-level buildings are divided as follows:
Building 1 / Comfort Studio Torre:
Detached studio with 2 single beds (can be put together as one double bed), open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, shower and WC, private patio and sunny 30 sqm roof terrace overlooking the pool, garden and breathtaking mountains views. Space for baby cot. Sleeps 2 people.
Building 2 / Comfort Studio Rubite & Studio Velez:
Consists of 2 semi-detached studios each with twin beds (can be put together as one double bed each). Both Studios have a open plan kitchen and dining area. Each studio has its own private bathroom with sink, shower and WC, a terrace and shared sunny 60 sqm roof terrace with stunning mountain and white village views. Sleeps 2 people in each studio. Space for a baby cot.
Building 3 / Deluxe Bungalow Chalet Vinuela:
A semi-detached bungalow apartment with 2 separate bedrooms, open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 shared bathroom with sink, bidet, walk-in shower and WC.
Each bedroom has twin beds (can be put together as one double bed each). The apartment has its own terrace with awnings and a wonderful 50 sqm sunny roof terrace overlooking the pool, garden and beautiful mountains with olive tree orchards. This apartment sleeps 4 guests.
Building 4 / Exclusive Poolside Villa Malaga:
Attached to the chalet is the Exclusive Poolside Villa Malaga with 2 further separate bedrooms, extra large open plan kitchen and dining area, 1 bathroom with sink, bidet, bath tub and WC, huge 50 sqm waterproof, shady terrace with dining and lounge facilities for 18 guests. This bungalow villa sleeps 8 people as follows:
- One large bedroom with 2 single beds (can be put together as one double bed) for 2 guests and 1 comfy day-bed that can be extended to accommodate further 1-2 people.
- In the second bedroom there are two single beds for 2 guests (can be put together as one double bed). Space for a baby cot. Should you chose to use the sofa bed from the living room in this bedroom you won't be able to use the sofa bed in the open plan living room at the same time.
- In the open-plan sitting room, as part of the open-plan kitchen, you'll find a comfortable large sofa-bed which can be extended to sleep 2 adults, if required. This sitting room is equipped with a privacy curtain for guests using the sofa bed. This curtain divides the living room from the kitchen.
