About this house rental

Newly renovated Village Green quad with open floor plan. Every room has been updated with new flooring, fresh paint and amenities. Covered front porch with seating and ceiling fan. Outdoor eating area with picnic table and grill, as well as an outdoor shower. Access to large outdoor closet for your personal use. When you enter the house, you are welcomed by cathedral ceilings and a open living room/kitchen area. The living room includes a large sectional sofa, that doubles as a queen size sleeper, and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen has been completely remodeled with new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops. The first bedroom has a queen size bed and full bath. The second bedroom includes two full size beds. There is a newly renovated hall bath and brand new washer and dryer. We can recommend a service for towels and linens as we do not provide them. All towels and linens are provided by the renter. The Lobster House, Lucky Bones, C-View Inn, Wawa and the scenic harbor, as well as the Fishermen's Memorial are all within walking distance.

Great for us. Clean, updated, amenities as described. Only one tiny glitch--couldn't get outside shower to work but no big deal. Located in a suburban 'hood--would prefer close to beach but no way to know on VRBO until you've made the decision/paid. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time renting from Bobby and we had another fabulous stay! Bobby is responsive and accommodating. The neighborhood is quiet and safe for the kids but close enough to the beach and many restaurants. We rent a golf cart to get around. We would definitely rent again!

This home provided everything you could need in Cape May except for the sunshine! Luckily the house has a big enough kitchen table for our rainy day games and a great covered porch to sit outside and watch the rain fall. Also loved using the outdoor shower upon our return from the beach. Please note, linens are not provided but there is a washer and dryer and the kitchen is very well appointed. Location was close to most things we did and parking was not an issue. (5 stars)

We had a wonderful stay. Place newly renovated . The place was so relaxing like a home away from home . Laundry and A/C a big bonus as it was hot . Quiet neighborhood and great parking. Outside shower storage unit for bikes and a grill . Owners very responsive. !!!

We loved our stay at Bobby’s house. It was perfect for our family of 4 He communicated quickly and the location was great. We rented a golf cart to get around and it was perfect. We hope to stay again soon!

Though we did not make a big deal out of these items, we thought that providing no linens was a bummer especially given the cleaning fee was higher than most that did. There was no cushions for the couch on the front porch. The fridge's filter light was on indicating no filter or the need to change it. There didn't appear to be a porch light that worked to see the front door lock. The gutter going across the front steps must be clogged.

Repeat rental again this year. House is conveniently located to beach, restaurants, grocery & convenience stores, & roads. Quiet neighborhood and clean . Met Robert who is the owner who was very accommodating with getting the internet & tv working & appreciate his putting the trash cans out to the curb. Would highly recommend this property as owner is active in making sure that everything is working & its great location/ proximity to everything.

This property was very clean and well maintained. The appliances looked brand new and there were plenty of dishes, silverware, etc. We brought our Kayaks and took advantage of the closeness to the harbor and backwater channels for some peaceful kayaking. It is about a mile from the beach so you'll need to drive or bike to it. We met Bob who is the owner's father and he gave us a great list of things to do in Cape May which we really appreciated.

Great access, television, & housekeeping instructions. Very clean & neighborhood is very quiet. Very close to beach, restaurants, quiet. Parked immediately in front of house. Host accommodated with an extra day stay and someone even put out the trash on the appropriate day. Definitely will rent here again! Thank you!

The property was just tastefully renovated and was perfect for us as a couple or for a small family. We had to drive to most things but the harbor area was beautiful to walk around and we had a couple nice meals in the area. The condo couldn't have been cleaner and the owner was quick with a response to our question. Would definitely stay again!

From check-in to perfect weather. We had a great time at this rental it was so clean and had everything you needed. Extra keys, beach badges and even a large outdoor area to store bikes and beach chairs was available for use. Highly recommended. Short drive to beach. Short walk to ice cream and harbor! Excellent!

This is a recently and very tastefully renovated house. Very clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Has brand new appliances including washer, dryer, TV. It’s not really walking distance to the beach, but to us that was a plus. The house is on a very nice and quiet street. Sitting at the porch at night was great. It’s just a few mins drive to the beach and we never had issues with parking directly by the beach. Overall this house made our Cape May stay very enjoyable. Looking forward to our next visit!

You will need to bring or rent all bed linens and blankets, towels and wash cloths for bath and kitchen. The do have mattress covers and pillow covers. No hair dryer. No iron. There were no spices or condiments. They did have coffee filters and coffee pot. No can opener. No toilet paper and only half a roll of paper towels. No soap for dishwasher. Come prepared. Despite that, clean and remodeled and great home.
