You can hear the surf at this two-story house in a quiet neighborhood just a 10 minute walk or 2 minute car/golf cart ride to the beach! With it's calming and sophisticated coastal decor you will be able to relax and unwind. This vacation beach home is perfect for your family, a pair of families or your special group. The backyard retreat features a tastefully decorated patio with a gas grill and family-sized pool and a spa. The pool includes a "splash pad" perfect for tanning or for the little ones to play on.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with all you need- it includes a Keurig, a blender and crock pot. The ground floor master has an lovely en-suite and a single pullout bed for a little one! Upstairs the common area has a pullout sofa bed as well as 2 extra floor mats!

Family vacation so we brought food with us to cook on the grills that we being offered at the house. There was no charcoal or propane for the grills and the grills were filthy. Contacted host and was told to fill the propane tank and he would reimburse me. Excuse me!!! This was not an inexpensive place to stay and I’m suppose to fill the propane tank! No thank you!! He did give us a $100 refund for our inconvenience but that does not cover dinner for 5 adults and two children. The next morning check out was at 11:00 and the cleaning crew arrived at 10:15. Unacceptable!

The host Phil was extremely communicative and helpful even before checkin. The house is very spacious with a great layout and location! Well stocked with basic necessities. Everyone in our group commented on how much we would all enjoy coming back to stay again! Could not recommend it enough!

We had such a great experience at this VRBO! The owner was super responsive to the few questions we had, the price is more than worth the location and pool alone! The house was clean, the beds were clean and plenty of linens! They even left our dog a few treats to welcome him too! The check out process was so easy, I had to confirm it was correct!

We will definitely be booking this house again! The owner was extremely helpful and there with an answer to any question we ask. The house is beautiful and so very functional for our family. We loved the pool - this has become my favorite place of all our trips to Port A.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. The house was exactly as pictured and very clean. The pool is one of the larger ones we have seen in a private home in the area. The location was awesome!

This was our third time staying at the property and we will definitely continue to return! The owner is extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. We love the home, pool, neighborhood, location and also that they allow our pets to join us on vacation! The house has plenty of room and it is nice to have a downstairs master and access to the garage. The pool is also a major plus for our family!

The house was amazing and as detailed in the posting. Very close to the beach and all the happenings. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and tidy. Sitting on the porch was amazing and listening to the palm trees and ocean waves in the distance was very soothing and relaxing. The host was very easy to contact. The surprise waiting for us for the grand pup was a nice touch. Wish the weather would have been less windy and hotter to enjoy the pool more but this is Texas and it is never as it is suppose to be. Thanks again.

The house was great, the beach was great. The only bad thing is there were spring break kids all up and doen the street and one of them threw a beer bottle at us as we were coming back from having dinner. It was a little scary.

Walking distance to beach. We had 4 adults and 4 12-13 year olds. Plenty of room for all. The house is beautifully decorated and the pool and hot tub are well maintained. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful vacation! The location couldn't be any better, the pool is PERFECTION absolute must have. The home is beautiful and well equipped and clean! Phil was absolutely amazing from booking our stay to being at the home. His communication was timely and so helpful! We definitely plan to be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Blue Breeze Heaven. This was our 2nd year to book this property. First off wanted to thank Phillip for allowing us to use the hot tub (spa) my husband has some health issues and he enjoyed it so much. The ground floor master bedroom is also a plus for us "older" folks with knee issues. Plenty of room for families and the pool is great. We have been coming to Port A for over 27 yrs (since our daughter was 2 yrs old) and I can honestly say in all of those years, we have never booked a stay with anyone as accommodating and helpful as Phillip. Looking forward to our stay next year!

Had a great time. Beds are not comfortable but it was still an enjoyable time. The manager was very responsive. The pool was amazing and made the home(just be VERY careful the first step in is slick)! Super close to the beach!

Stayed May 17-22 2023. Great place. Amazing pool. Perfect place to bring your pets. My pups had so much fun. Such a bonus having access to the garage to park and store our beach stuff in. Host was super fast to respond to all my request. Great quiet neighborhood and beach and shopping close enough to walk to. Would stay again!

This was our third stay at this property, and we had an amazing time as always! It's always so clean, spacious and we LOVE the pool outside. The beds are comfortable, and the kids especially love the bunk beds in the third bedroom. It's conveniently close to everything in Port A and plenty of space to store and bring your own food. We love this house and plan to be back again!!

This house is beautiful. We found it had plenty of space and it was perfect for our family. All of the rooms are extreamly comfortable and the beds were far better than any other Vrbo that I have stayed in. We spent more time in the house and playing in the amazing in-ground swimming pool than we did at the beach.... Even though the beach was extreamly close!

My party of 9 had a blast . House was great . The pool being on the same level as the house as opposed to the house being on stilts was a major plus. We didn’t feel separated when the kids were in the pool as years past...Everyone slept great. My grandson had the best time. And was the most disappointed we had to leave..Would love to stay there again. Also My daughter realized she left her earbuds somewhere and I wasn’t turning back to go look!! Phil was able to find them and send them to us.I know he didn’t have to do that. Kudos to Phil from the Daniel party!!!
