Hotel is beautiful. Our room (premier king corner suite) was lovely. Quiet, well appointed. However, charging $50 for valet parking and a $35 property fee is not necessary. The garage is right next door.
Fresh bottles of water available in a cooler at the front door a nice touch but a welcoming cold container of fruit or veggie water with glasses at interior entry to the hotel would have been preferable for making a good first impression.
Front desk staff was polite. Valet and luggage staff were very quick. Bed was very comfortable. Would like the bathroom to be stocked with more than two washcloths and drinking glasses in the bathroom. Bath products very good. Could have used a shower cap and an extra towel or two. An available blanket or afghan in the living room area would be nice while sitting on the sofa.
These little critiques are minor. The property is 4+ star. I would recommend more than a one night stay in order to fully appreciate the hotels offerings. We arrived after 5 pm and after walking for hours in Savannah, so being tired, we did not fully see or use the wonderful offerings at this hotel. We would stay again.
Above…also, at least one additional front door staff as there was no staff present when we arrived, especially on busy or holiday weekends. After waiting in our car a few minutes, I went inside to front desk to see how we were to arrange parking, luggage, check in. Front desk staff checked me in and then pleasantly came from behind desk to wheel a luggage cart to our car at the curb.

This hotel was so clean and modern! If you don't want to be in the middle of downtown and don't mind a short walk or quick car ride up to River Street, this is your hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by all smiles from the doorman, to the front desk staff, to the bellman who took our luggage from the car to the room. We were in room 419, partial river view(see pic), more than enough view to see the boats coming in/out. Everyone always had a smile. The hotel has a complimentary house car that will take you anywhere within a 3 mile radius of the hotel(the day driver Mr. Frank is amazing, couldn't have asked for anyone nicer or more personable), 24-hour security, great drink selections at the bars, wonderful views from the rooftop bar. Added perk, you have to be a guest of the hotel to enter the floors for the rooms using your room key. Anytime we needed anything, the staff were so helpful and friendly and did whatever was needed to make sure we were happy and did it extremely fast. I told the housekeeper one day she didn't have to make the beds, just fresh towels would be nice. When we arrived back from going out, she had made the beds anyway and took the time to fold our personal blankets and arrange my sons stuffed animals on the bed!
The only downside to this hotel is that there is no free parking. Your options are: parallel street parking, parking garage, or valet parking; all of which have fees, but if you plan accordingly, it's not a huge deal.

Outstanding hotel on the river (with a running trail) and a huge dog park across the street. Friendly and energetic staff and wonderful dining options

Nice rooms and pool.

I liked the location and the amenities that the hotel offered. The person(Mia) who checked me in was really knowledgeable and helpful in directing me to local businesses that met me desires. The design and the layout of the facility was nice.
I didn’t like that my room had a used teeth flossing pick and contact lenses left in the trash can upon my arrival. The bed spread had a hole in it. The pool had died bugs floating in it. I went to the rooftop lounge and the hostess didn’t offered to put me in the waiting list as she did the guest before me.

Did not have full breakfast. Enjoyed the convenience of the bakery.
Restaurant/bar prices are so expensive!

The hotel and staff were very friendly. The restaurant inside the hotel for breakfast was horrible. Thank goodness the bakery was nearby. The bakery and staff get 5 stars across the board. Loved the car service and Peter was extra nice as well as the doormen. It was the perfect location. The views were amazing. Can't wait to return.
The breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel.

This is my husband & I second stay @ this property & I can say every time has been consist. We enjoyed the light fresh breakfast @ Fleeting. In the evening we will indulge @ Bar Fleeting; we enjoyed cocktails from the “Famous Emmanuel”. In addition, we can not forget to Thank Bernard Boyce one of the Concierge Attendant for always checking in on us and providing recommendations in the city of Savannah, his service is truly stellar. Furthermore, the entire staff provided amazing service. We had a opportunity to speak with General Manager and he made sure he talked with all guests in the hobby to make sure, their expectations were being met. We will definitely return again, in the future.

Atmosphere very, very relaxing I just loved it
For the expenses, breakfast should be included and parking... but other than that, I would definitely go again

Location worked out well due to the availability of the hotel car service. Staff in all areas were professional and extremely helpful! Breakfast was delicious! Lobby was clean and beautiful...
We would recommend the floors in the rooms be mopped and vacuumed in between guests... they were very dirty. Otherwise room was great! (We had a deluxe king room)

beautiful
I paid for the nicest room and was setup in a suite across from the elevator and ice machine. of course. but that wasn’t what bothered me… I could literally hear what sounded like vacuuming and then banging above me head while I was in bed for hours throughout the night.
to top it off I had room service come in my room, through the front room and into the bedroom just before 8am. they must’ve thought I checked out or something. nope, still asleep. Then I got back to sleep only to be woken up again by them knocking at 9am. I was on a work video conference call at 11am to which a room service lady just walked in… no knock, nothing. just walked in while I’m in a meeting. never had anything like that happen to me before. felt like I was on a practical joke show… just didn’t have much fun.
