Klimaanlage hat es nicht geschafft, das überhitzte Zimmer runter zu kühlen. Wenn Leute sich im Nachbarzimmer bewegt haben, dann hat der Fußboden gewackelt.

Advertising needs to show true accommodation and not just the best of it in the Main Street.

Easy access to town centre

The accommodation was not in the Main Street as expected. It was behind the office with vehicle access and after 6 pm access was down a back alleyway. The steps from the limited car parking space were way too high and no side rails - not good for me as recently had a knee replacement operation.

Wonderful accomodation, very clean and comfortable as well as interesting, made Longreach very accessible and one of our

Lovely room which was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could want. The fit out of the room was wonderful and the surroundings outside were very interesting. Also having our meals across the road in the dining room was very handy. Great being able to book tours easily.

The Staging Post provides an wonderful, hospitable,authentic outback pioneering experience.

Lovely breakfast with good variety of cereals, fruits ( including whole fresh fruits available) and hot dishes.

Pillows were a little hard, but the excellent and decor of the room more than made up for for this.

Loved our stay, and would not hesitate staying there again..

Loved the old Worldly feel of the place. The room was very accommodating and the bed was very comfortable.

The air conditioner needs to be updated as it was far too loud for such a small room which meant it could not be used during the night.

Very good

We got to our room across the road from Tge Staging Post main building and thought ‘This is different!’ The decor was all very ‘stabley’ and thoughtfully done, reminiscent of days gone by. At the same time the room was comfortable and well equipped with microwave, fridge, plates, glasses etc. and always plenty of hot water.

Needs yellow strips to highlight changes in floor levels. Basin was too small. Not being able to park in front of unit. We were expecting a regular motel room.

An enjoyable stay in Longreach

It was a bit different to the usual motel type accommodation which was great. Having access to a laundry was welcome. Room was set up to be welcoming and contained everything we could need.

The parking ! Not having sufficient parking spots for the number of units is not acceptable. Especially as there was no where close to then park.

Suitable to enjoy all activities in Longreach

Didn't have breakfast. Proximity of shops and cafes. Rooms were well equipped.

I was under the impression the advertised picture of the Stables was the location for all the rooms that were available. We were staying behind the shop front and dining area which backed onto the laneway.

The Staff were lovely and accommodating. The complementary airport transfer was absolutely excellent.

If you are booking the property based on the images be mindful of what room you book. The deluxe queen room was nothing like the images, was a bit disappointing. Certainly not worth the money.

A good place to stay.

The rooms had ensuites, great wardrobe & kitchenette. The Reception Staff were pleasant & helpful. Parking was readily available.

The bed was too soft & creaked. The walls needed sound insulation. We could hear the person snoring in the adjoining room.

Perfect place to stay for a few days. Friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy and comfortable. Bed was great. Everything we needed was there.
