Great apartment and location.

Excellent location. Lovely small garden but great for my little dog. Clean and all your require. Parking great as on site only used for morning and so good for town. Owners although not on site only call or email and answered all my questions.

Appartamento comodo, pulito, vicino al Centro. Si poteva non far pagare il posteggio.

Il silenzio, la pulizia.

Il costo del garage messo a disposizione. Gli Hosts ormai non si vedono proprio più, purtroppo.

A hidden gem with a very nice host.

The host was extremely helpful on the phone. The property has a refrigerator, and a clothes washer. It is about a 10 minute walk to the city center. Your car can be parked in the secure area for $15 per night. A very nice place.

Be sure you have all the information to enter the property before you arrive, or you will be stuck outside. Fortunately, we were able to reach the host on the phone.

Fantastic location for exploring Rouen and beautifully decorated.

Comfortable apartment but owners need to be more attentive

Great location. Very short walk to everything. Very comfortable apartment. Comfortable bed. Great shower. Parking was easy and safe at 10 Euros per day. No AC and windows open right onto street so not safe to open. Apartment might be very hot in the summer.

Kitchen sink stopper was broken so couldnt fill sink to wash dishes. Owner claimed they didnt know but a guest had mentioned it more than 1 week before our arrival. Owner took no action to get us a stopper. No tea towels to dry dishes. Owner blamed cleaners but made no attempt to provide us with tea towels.

Marvellous stay.

It is in a good location for the train station and walking into the centre of Rouen.It is very comfortable and feels spacious ; situated in a quiet area .

We would have liked a plug for the kitchen sink.

Nice apartment in a good location.

The apartment is nice and in a good location. The apartment is modern and the building was nice. I liked the garden area. The apartment is quiet and the master bed is comfortable.

Communication with the host. We had an issue with the toilet on our first morning. I reached out to the owners, but it took a few hours to hear back from them. In the end, my husband fixed the toilet. I thought charging for extras like pets and parking were a bit much. The parking space is there sitting empty. Between using the parking and having your pet, it costs and extra 20 euros per night. That is on top of the service and cleaning fees. The sofa in the living room is uncomfortable.

Superb

Excellent location, close to the centre of town. Great parking arrangement - off road, on site and very secure. Compact ground floor apartment with small garden terrace at the back. Very good communication from hosts at all times.

Superb

Great central location near to all the attractions of old Rouen A very comfortable apartment with convenient parking. The parking space is ´tight’ though so best to check your car will fit through the entrance! Owners were very helpful & communication with them was excellent We would definitely stay again
