This was our families first time glamping. We had a great time. Will be back again.

Our initial check-in was great. From a visual perspective it was good. Then it started when we sat down at the dining table, and then cushion slipped. There was a huge mess of food, dirt, trash trapped in and under that cushions in the eating area. Later we went to use the stove and oven. We couldn't get it lit. The property manager on duty came down to assist. We were completely out of propane. She did offer to move us to another place, but the kids were already asleep and it was late. There were no additional blankets besides what were on the beds. Those blankets alone were very thin, and it was very cold that night. Property Manager did contact me after we left, and she offered us a free night to return.

Our RV was just as described. It was clean & quiet and had everything we needed. We used it as springboard to Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. We were very comfortable. Wifi worked well too.

The RV was just as pictured, very nice. The location was incredible and just a short drive down the street from the center of Williams.
The RV had everything my family could need and even had little extras like smores kits for sale in the office. We absolutely loved our stay!

Avoid or prepare to adapt.
While we arrived during a nationwide heat wave, we could not stay cool. We were able to adapt to the heat by visiting down town Williams and shop hopping.
The campsite outside (once cool) was lovely, however the late night drunks were loud and rowdy. 10pm quiet time is not enforced.
The straw that broke the camels back for us was the impossible to sleep in mattresses. After the first night I asked the front office if there was anything they could do. I would have to be blind to miss the aggressively advertised "Glamping experience" littered throughout the office and on the clothes worn by the staff.
You can imagine my surprise when my complaints of the uncomfortable beds were met with "this is camping, this is what you signed up for".
Looking at my bill, I would have to say that this is NOT what I signed up for. I signed up for the luxurious experience that was marketed in the VRBO listing. I signed up for comfort and "hotel-like accommodations". I did not sign up for sleeplessness, numb limbs, and achy skeletons.
Needless to say, we will not be coming back.

Staff was friendly and thoughtful, quieter than it would initially appear. Dog Friendly and conveniently located to step out and enjoy the surrounding areas. I can recommend this place.

Didn’t feel like we were in a camper at all. Very modern and well kept. Perfect for our needs.
6.0 / 10.0
Overall the property was fine. Was a newer camper, though showed signs of use. The campground itself was more of a dirt parking lot than campground. It was also next to a busy truck stop, highway, and near train tracks so wasn’t a peaceful setting. Was about an hour drive to Grand Canyon, and close to Williams which is a fun little town. If/when we return to the area we would choose a different property.

It was perfect spot to be close to the Grand Canyon for a couple nights. We have a camper at home, this one was a beautiful upgrade. We would stay again.

Completely blew us away. We were a little skeptical at first, especially with 3 kids. We’ve “glamped” before but that was in a family members camper. But this was ten times better. Absolutely loved the trailer and the whole process was just so easy and so nice and the kids had a blast and it was so much better than a hotel. Will do this again and already planning a longer stay here, since 1 night just wasn’t enough.

Very quaint set ups at each unit. Very accommodating. Trailer was VERY nice and everything worked perfectly. Everything you could ask for on an outdoor adventure trip to Williams.

During our stay we were enjoying up until it was time for bed. It would have been nice to know there was a spider infestation prior to booking.. they say that’s what you get with the experience.. but if we wanted spiders all over us we would have pitched a tent and went camping

The location of the RV Park and the lack of mattress thickness made sleeping difficult. Noise and vibrations came from Semitrailers, train tracks, and Interstate was very problematic. Our beds literally shook and trailer swayed waking one from sleep. The mattresses, especially in one room was so thin your bones made contact with a hard surface. We were not forewarned at booking that hot water was limited. We were told if multiple showers are needed to use a public space provided. Favorable was a clean space but likely to age quickly from wear. Truly disappointing for price. We felt full disclosures at booking would have been appropriate.

This property was a great home base for us to visit the Grand Canyon, Sedona, and the surrounding area. Our family of four was comfortable in this RV and we would stay here again.

Fun stay for a night!
Our family of five recently spent the night in this RV after a visit to the Grand Canyon. Check-in was easy and the rental was very clean. There was a bath house next to the office, which was an added bonus. The only drawback is that there isn't much in the way of scenery around the campground. But I would not hesitate to stay here again if we were in the area. The RV was something fun and different from the usual VRBOs.

Cozy Winter Wonderland Escape
This property was everything it is listed to be. Williams a great small town with plenty of character and charm. It's proximity to The Grand Canyon was excellent.

So much fun!
We wanted to go on a dad/sons vacation for the long weekend and thought we’d try Glamping!
First of all, the staff especially Renee, were so nice and helpful during the stay. They made the trip all that much better. Secondly, it is so close to “downtown” Winslow, the Polar Express, Bearizona and the Dear Farm, that it made for tons of stuff to fill the days. Finally, my two boys said that they liked it so much that we are already planning on a trip in spring for longer this time!!!
Thank you for such a great boys weekend! This is one for the record books!!!

Great Grand Canyon Stay
We really enjoyed our RV glamping stay, clean and very comfortable, and Management was very easy to reach for questions or help; Also appreciated the extra chairs and fire pit at RV, and ability to buy wood at office (fires for stargazing or smores). Williams is nice little town & very convenient location to visiting Grand Canyon and other nearby areas.

Perfect Camping Getaway
My family stayed in Camper #16 for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent and timely communication before and after arrival. Quiet and well maintained campground. Impeccably clean and well stocked camper. So close to downtown Williams and only and hour from the Grand Canyon. Thank you for your hospitality! I highly recommend staying here.

Great place for Glamping
Great place for Glamping! Our kids and wife and myself enjoy the one night! Only thing was we should had gotten the RV rental longer and a little bit bigger other than that it was a fun time with family getting away from the Phoenix heat!
Thanks for having us!

Fireplace and tv did not work
Management should give or put out instructions for operating these things so people dont screw them up. Broken for a week, no credit given. It was a brand new unit

Great spot for a Grand Canyon trip
This property was perfect for our road trip stop at the Grand Canyon. The RV was very clean and looked almost brand new. Williams is also a super cute town on Route 66. We will definitely stay again if we come back to the Grand Canyon.
