Gute Lage
Sauberkeit nicht vorhanden. Schimmel in der Dusche. Checkout 11 Uhr, Personal klopft laut 9 Uhr. Hellhöriges Zimmer. Von schlafen war keine Rede.

the location, bed was comfortable and the staff were very helpful!
the bathroom, the shower leaked and it was tiny. fine for a short stay but the wet floors after every shower could be improved

The hotel street is full of restaurants/cafes. Not the main tourist location but in close proximity to underground station and only a few stops away from the centre. Basic room with your own bathroom, basic facilities provided, including a kettle in the room. We had a room on ground floor with shutters down for security.

Soft bed, clean bathroom with a shower. Good location
1.Dark room, there are wooden shutters that can be opened, but that guarantees that every person on the street will be able to see inside the room.
2.We found half a piece of bread under the bed, and other crumbs
3.Rooms are advertised as soundproof, but that isn't the case
4.Rooms do not look like on the pictures, there is no kettle available in the room
5. No kitchen, and no utensils available

- mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable
- quite cold in the room, I have a feeling that heating was turned on only prior our arrival

Nice location in Friedrichshain, very friendly staff (although very hard to reach), clean room. I also could leave my luggage in the hotel after check-out, although that was not too easy.
I arrived late so I had to pick up the key from a bistro near by, which was okay. However, there I could not pay by card (apparently the hotel accepts cards but the bistro does not), and had to walk and search for an ATM in the middle of the night. Next day the electronic key was not working at first, and the reception was not open although it says on the door that it should have been. When I called them they said they will be there in three hours. Luckily the key started to work after a while. The stay was quite stressful as a whole (and I'm not a person who is easily stressed), but the staff - when I finally managed to see some of them - was friendly and did their best to help.

I liked the location of the hotel, in the area of Samariterstrasse, close to the underground station. The room was simple but clean and well furnished.
After 7:00 p.m. the reception is closed, the check in must be done at the bistrot in front of the hotel. English is not spoken at all by most of the staff, so communication was not smooth.

Great location, kind staff and I liked the atmosphere of the place. I would definitely like to book here again when I return to Berlin.

location
no one on site or on time. room wasn’t ready despite 1400 arrival time. countless phone calls needed to get someone to open the hotel for access.
toilet had paper on the rim left over from cleaning.
window blind was stuck
no one there to check out. didn’t receive a bill
the man on the end of the phone was rude

Great value for the money. Everything I required and then some.
It's a noisy corner next to a church. Not the hotel's fault but light sleepers should close the windows over night.

Close to U-bahn and S-Bahn, good connection with the city center. Personel speak English not good but enough to do the most important business with them like checking in. A lot of restaurants and pubs on the street around the hotel.
Cold water in the bathroom during 2 days (this is how long I was there) and it's the most important issue. Old windows so it was a problem to close and open them. Window shades are old that it was also a problem to pick them up. These windows made this room loud, because a hotel is next to the street.

I liked cleanliness, the price. That all I expected.
English language is problematic but I managed to communicate. Not everything works in the room and there's no kettle. Said that I'm not complaining because I knew what I was buying for a nearly hoatel price.
