About this house rental

This modern new 4 bedroom holiday home featuring a large front and rear timber deck is a less than a 5 minute walk to the beach, general store and local tavern. With a large open plan living area and modern decor throughout and a fully equipped kitchen it’s the perfect place to spend a family weekend away or hang out with friends.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 people (6 adults and 4 children).
Quilts and pillows are provided but you will need to bring your own quilt covers, fitted sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels.

The house was very clean, spacious and well placed. My kid had fun with the foosball table and bunch of other cardboard games and toys. The kitchen had everything we needed. House is situated a few minutes drive to the local tavern and the jetty. Rob communicated well and answered all my questions. Thanks for a great stay.

Great spot, only a few minutes walk to a fairly private beach, great views from the back of the house. Great communication with the host, Rob. House was more roomy than we thought it would be, great for our family of 3, plus friends with their children. More than enough room, Foosball was a great hit with everyone! The house had more things available, then initially thought, and was very welcome. All in all, great stay, and would love to go back and enjoy the area again! Highly recommended house!

We are regular visitors of Innes National Park. Staying at Marion Bay was perfect solution for us. We travel as group of friends, so always look for larger house to share. This house offered everything we were looking for: the space, separate bedrooms for all couples, modern bathrooms and open common area with perfectly equipped kitchen. The house is 2min walk to the beach and has ocean views from the back deck. I would award the most points for cleanliness and easy maintenance. Although we do not have young kids anymore, I can imagine this place being very suitable for families with kids. it's definitely a keeper! Last mention to the host, who provided us with all useful information upfront and kept good communication. Happy customers will be back! Katarina

Place is lovely and spacious. Great having the four rooms divided by the main living area so you can have two families share and also have your privacy. The only thing and this was not a huge issue was that the TV had no reception and no wifi was provided as part of the stay. no matter as we didn't miss the TV. Great location to Marion Bay Tavern and Jetty. Close to Innes National Park and beaches.

Beautiful new house with plenty of space for our small group, just steps away from the beach. We brought most items with us like olive oil, tea bags etc, but kitchen is stocked with a few things like salt pepper, seasonings, alfoil etc. Local shop is very close to get anything else you need. Very comfortable, would recommend!

This house was perfect for our getaway. It’s new and the layout is great with plenty of room indoors. Very close proximity to the jetty, tavern and general store. Vehicle pass for Innes National Park was great to use too. Definitely recommend and will hopefully return to stay again.

This property is in the best spot in Marion bay. 3 min from the beach. 10 min walk over the beach to the tavern and general store. Easy Acces to innes national park. The house is new and and perfect for two families with kids. All the amenities are there. Board games, bbq, foosball table.

The property easily accommodated our group of 6 adults and 2 children. It was lovely to be able to walk to the beach in 2 minutes and we enjoyed walking on the jetty in the evening. It was an easy stroll to the tavern along the beach. The kitchen was well equipped so great for self catering. The highlight was the close proximity to the stunning national park.

My husband and I were supposed to go away with a couple of friends and their daughter but they had to cancel so we had a lot of space for just the two of us! The house would be perfect for a getaway with friends; spacious living area and bedrooms and with beach access across the road from the house! The location was great in a quiet & new neighbourhood, close to the local petrol station and Tavern and 5min drive from Innes National park. We really enjoyed our stay and the quietness of the location. The only slight negative feedback for us is being asked to bring our linen and towels. It is not a cheap rent and we would have appreciated linen and towels being provided. Otherwise, great experience & very easy communication with the owner Rob. We hope to come back with our friends next time!

Lovely spacious new build. Decorated in light neutral colours. Well equipped. At present (Nov 2021) has rear sea views as situated in brand new estate surrounded by vacant blocks. No wifi but good Telstra & Optus signal. Less than 10 min walk along beach to tavern. Very easy check in /out & quick responses from property manager to any questions.
