Brand new home, beautifully decorated with all the amenities. You are 1 mile from beautiful Uptown Charlotte, walking distance to the new light rail and within a mile of Plaza-Midwood and Noda neighborhoods.

The house also has a two-car garage with a large fenced-in backyard and deck for hanging out with friends and family.

The place was very spacious and enough room for four couples. The only thing that could make the home better is providing a television in the upstairs bedrooms. Overall, I had a great experience in the home and would rent there again in the future.

We had a wonderful, peaceful stay. It was more then enough room for everyone to enjoy the comforts of the home. The parking pad was a blessing because I had a big truck and my son had his car. The house was very clean in we left it the way we got it. Thanks Steven

We were in town for our daughters wedding. The home was perfect for us to enjoy family stopping by. We thoroughly enjoyed the back deck with the weather being cool. The home had everything we needed. It is also convenient to everything, restaurants, shopping etc. Steven was very accommodating. Thank you for opening your home.

The property was very comfortable and in a convenient location. It was great having multiple bathrooms and the living space was nice and roomy for a large group (we had 7 adults in our group.). It was nice to have the seating on the back deck, as well...we enjoyed the gorgeous spring weather!!

I recently sold my place before my new place was ready. The location was great (walking distance from Ace No. 3; they have the best burgers and fries!). I needed to check in a little earlier and the host accommodated without any problem. Everything we needed was provided in the space. The whole speakeasy theme of the house was great. And the fenced yard was perfect for our golden doodle. Unequivocally recommend this place!

This home was a great home to stay in. We were in town to go to 2 Boston Celtics games and the home was very close to the Spectrum Center. There was plenty of room for the family and having a fenced in back yard was nice foe the dog to go outside. My only disappointment was the mattress in the master bedroom. It sunk in the middle so we kept rolling into each other. My kids said their mattresses were great. I would definitely stay there again

Great location!

The community is so great! We had a rental car but loved walking the neighborhood as well. The house has a few corks but nothing major and the owner was really responsive anytime we needed anything. If I had any suggestions it would be to put screens on the windows but that wasn't a deal breaker for this trip. Thank you so much Steven for your quick responses we had a wonderful time.

The place was nice for size and amenities. Sparse furnishings but comfortable and clean. No extras like shampoo or soap for the bathrooms but lots of towels and space to stretch out in. A little noisy from traffic on the street but not limiting for any of us. I’d stay again Charlotte is a fun town.

Overall the house was good. There was enough space for a family of 5 and a dog. The kitchen was a bit unorganized and lacking some kitchen tools, but was a nice size and the island was huge. There were a few things that were broken and we were unable to use the gorgeous master bathroom tub. However, I would stay there again because of the location and size of the house. Steve was easy to work with and responded right away with any questions that we had.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful and was very clean. The owner was very responsive to questions and quickly provided a few missing items. The back yard and deck are nice, but you have to be aware that your enjoyment of that space is limited by an overly sensitive next door neighbor. The stand alone tub is beautiful but we weren’t able to enjoy it because the faucet wasn’t working. I wouldn’t necessarily feel safe walking around the neighborhood, especially at night. But we felt safe in the home and didn’t have any issues driving to nearby places (I just wouldn’t consider it a walkable neighborhood). The kitchen and living room are spacious and work well for a large group. Be aware that the mattresses are memory foam. Which is probably ok for most people, but unfortunately for me those beds cause back pain (so just be aware). Also the listing says one of the bedrooms has a pull out couch, but that’s not the case. Each of the 4 bedrooms only has a queen size bed. The garage can hold 2 vehicles and you can park 2 in the driveway. Overall a very nice rental home for large groups and we would stay there again.

The house overall was very nice and it was in a nice area. What made it not such a nice stay is that the cleanest overall was not good. We had hair in our drains, house was very dusty, it was a tobacco substance in one of the drawer, and no organization whatsoever. Also the beds were to low and there was only one tv in the whole house . To top it all we were woken up by grass being cut on day number two. The towels and washcloths are very old and worn out and some wasn’t even clean .

My husband and I recently stayed here with our two kids, my parents, and two of my siblings. We had high expectations for this property. The communication with the own was fantastic! We were traveling from NY with little kids and he let us check in early which was a huge help! Before we arrived, the owner notified us of a few things the previous renters had damaged. Nothing serious, not a big deal. However, upon arrival there were a few things we noticed. The grass was long and not mowed. The grill was super dirty and the counters were sticky. We went to take a bath in the master bathroom and the faucet to it was broken. There were also some things left behind by previous renters such as dirty toothbrushes and an open soap bar. However, the house was beautiful and nice despite these factors. The owner was very nice and always responded to my texts in a timely manner. He even had crib sheets sent the same night when I told him we were having a hard time finding one that fit in the house. We felt very safe knowing that the house had a security system. The neighborhood was not that great. We had never been to NC before so it was our fault not doing research on the area. It did not feel like a very family friendly neighborhood at all. I took the kids to the park and turned right around. The local grocery store had an armed security guard and locked up simple things like deodorant and underwear. It was definitely not what we're used to. The neighbor to the left of us was extremely rude, asking us to trim off music at 7pm that was not even remotely loud. The location is not the owners fault, just my two cents. Overall, a nice place.

Our family used this home for a family reunion and to explore downtown Charlotte for an extended weekend. The house was exactly as it was advertised in VRBO, and pictures were accurate. The location is close to everything in Charlotte as we went to a baseball game, Nascar and Discovery museums. Owner was very pleasant to work with and was responsive. Great fenced in backyard, just stay away from the neighbors! They were fairly mean when our child had a ball go in their yard, but nothing could ruin our mood or weekend.

Great home!

Beautiful home with a large open concept design. We were able to have family gatherings and seat everyone comfortably. Having the master bedroom with en suite bathroom on the first floor was extremely helpful for my elderly parents. Three spacious bedrooms upstairs with 2 full baths was heavenly. Once we learned that we should back 2 vehicles into the garage, our parking and maneuvering of cars improved. We would definitely stay again.

Steve was a great host. Everything you see in the pictures were correct to the house once we walked in. The directions he gave were spot on. We were supposed to be let known of the damages another tenant made before we arrived, which was unfortunate for Steve but we were glad he informed us before we checked-in. The house was clean and spacious. My family and I enjoyed staying there very much. I would stay there again. We made sure to return the house in a same state as we arrived in. Great Stay once again
