Location was good with plenty of stuff to do with kids of all ages near by. very quiet around the park as out of season. Swimming pool looked good but was unable to use due to being shut , the play park was good , we used the laundrette which was clean . The holiday home had a great size fridge freezer, a lovely oven , and great size kitchen . There was plenty of bedrooms to pick from. The internet worked great for us , and it was quite fun linking the phone up to the fire in the lounge.
The mattresses in some of the rooms were not very comfortable

Whole villa.
the Whole apartment smells mold, windows spider and web, oven smells like bleach, some windows cannot be opened. Looks like we were the first guests in at least 6 months, but obviously we were not . ( Not enough information from the owner, we spend at least 2 hours try to find this property, not on the map , phoned many times ,no one answered.

The staff at Tolroy manor Park (where this based) are so helpful and kind. They go above and beyond.
The house is good.
The smell of dog isn't pleasant. Especially when you're not a dog owner yourself.
the windows are rotten in one of the bedrooms, so have holes in them. And unfortunately our neighbours created a bonfire which meant the bedroom filled with smoke from them. It was not ideal when we had our baby sleeping in there.
If the window frames got replaced, it would solve that issue.
We ended up putting alot of kitchen roll all around balcony door and window frame.
Some of the mattresses need changing.

Great location to use as a base to explore the SW of Cornwall. Very clean, tidy, and practical for large groups with plenty of space. We stayed with a group of friends, but I would say it was a nice quiet place to stay with family as well.
The WiFi was a bit intermittent, which had an affect on the TV.

Everything was good
Nothing to dislike
4.2
Good location. Nice house with very well equipped kitchen- big fridge, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and etc. The key was in the locker so easy to check in and check out at any time. Big tv, free wifi. Swimming pool in the area, you just need to book. Nice playground for kids and mini golf.
Beds were not comfortable in all rooms. There were not enough toilet paper rolls and rubbish bags.
4.2
Lovely accommodation. Nothing to do with the property but we had to leave quite quickly as my mum fell down the stairs and had ambulance taker her stretcherd out. Just felt bad leaving so quickly
4.2
modern decor, clean, lots of Nice, homely touches and useful resources eg. soap & towels, condiments, extra lamia if required, kitchen equipment
No issues at all.
There were 5 of us, so a larger party may potentially require another toilet/bathroom

It was amazing

Nice location
Swimming pool not opened
Disappointed
4.2
Comfortable bed and pillows, clean, kitchen, location.
Sarah was very considerate to allow us time to check out.
Only one toilet and shower but we just needed to organise our use.
4.2
Area, club house, shop, amount of rooms, kitchen was easy to use and Clean
Needed another bathroom between 8 people.
Needed a dustpan and brush
4.2
Comfortable, roomy apartment, well fitted out kitchen. Quiet location. Free parking. The onsite shop had adequate supplies for our needs with reasonable pricing. Restaurant available, although we didn't eat there. Free wifi. Happy with our stay there.
It would have been helpful to know towels were not provided
4.2
very comfy and homely. Exactly what we needed for a last minute short break away.
facilities were great, could of done with an iron though.
very strong smell of cats/ litter
Lots of cob webs, not the cleanest but was a very last minute booking.
4.2
Great location, spacious house.
Really bad Internet connection, tvs don't work. You need to buy park passes for swimming and other activities.
4.2
Well-equipped apartment, nice large fridge, adequately equipped kitchen.
No towels. the apartment was damp. the smell inside was not very pleasant, the air fresheners couldn't hide it, the sofa was damaged with a bad smell. In the bathroom, the drain clogged with a huge amount of hair, only after unclogging the water began to drain normally. Wi fi was not working properly.
4.2
Good location for Hayle and St Ives, free parking,
huge fridge, 4 bedrooms, well equipped.
Dog smell, living area cramped for 7 people, front
door didn’t lock, no terrestrial tv downstairs and
poor wi-fi, we washed all crockery and cutlery
before we used it.
4.2
In general the place is very nice, well located and very confortable. The facilities and equipment were modern and easy to use.
We found some rubbish in the bedroom drawers, and spiders Web by the main entry door. Also the shower door and drain need attention.
4.2
Big TV (Cocomelon for 20 month old Granddaughter lol) Great big Ovens, hob & Grill.
4 slice toaster.
American style fridge freezer,
Alexa(I love radio)Think I'd put her(Alexa) in the kitchen so listening while making meals is separate from kids watching TV. (S'pose I could of moved her, but didn't like to move as not mine to move,if U know what I mean)
Shower worked well.
Loved bid clock on wall adjacent to the kitchen.
Facilities on John Fowler site (Tolroy Manor)are excellent.
(Private Apartment so passes need to be bought to use facilities. £5 per person per week, Great value)
Kids club in morning & evening ,( mine all grown up now lol & Granddaughter alittle to young).
Snooker, Pool, Tennis, Squash, Outdoor Table Tennis, 9 hole crazy golf & Indoor swimming pool all on site.(Used all these lol).
Also an Arcade with slots, Video games & a little soft play area for infants.
Pub/Club onsite with Bingo & entertainment in evenings (& after afew beers karaoke 🎤! Lol)
St. Ives is so picturesque & loved R.I.B. ride out to Lighthouse & seals. (Think U get the jist x)
Had great time x
Thank you 44 Trevithick & Cornwall x.
Eldest daughter found bed in room(has balcony window) uncomfortable, but she does like her own bed. Wifi was shocking compared to what we are used to.(alot of buffering or drop out . Obviously signal in SW is poor, found that this is the case everywhere).Window in upstairs twin room(next to bathroom) hardly opened. Know this is for safety reasons ,but alittle more ventilation was needed in this room with the weather being so hot in the day, room stayed too warm to sleep in evening.( You can't win ! Lol)

Affordable price in Cornwall, lovely place to be and would definitely come back.
4.2
lovely kitchen bathroom and main bedroom good to have Wi-Fi
back bedrooms were dark but that was because of trees so not a lot you could do would have liked a bit of fenced in garden for the dog Found the clubhouse food and drink a bit pricey.
4.2
Location was perfect. House was spacious and had everything we needed, including a nice hot shower!
4.2
Big TV and American fridge freezer. Big enough kitchen and cooker. Remote radiators provided. Watch out the sea gulls.
Only one toilet with a ridiculous designed basin, too tall for our young children and too short for any adults caused the angle of the wall. The bolcany and front door sitting area is such a waste cause they all north facing and you wouldn't get a single sun light at any time. Only washing machine provided with no tumble dryer or dehumidifier supplied, washing doesn't dry up after a whole day, annoying! 4G signal is pretty bad in area and we rely on hard-line WiFi at property only found out it's a 4G WiFi box fitted with poor connection on arrival, this is also annoying. One last thing to mention is the car park is always full and you won't get a ideal parking bay near your door, this is very inconvenient for our family. Finally, this is an old fashioned holiday park feel like 40 years old, not what we are expecting. To use on site facility you will have to pay if you stay less than 7 days, rubbish. Will not use again.
4.2
there were no towels
4.2
Quiet, convenient location and excellent facilities
4.2
very cosy and well maintained. very comfortable. will be returning in the near future
my only constructive feedback is that a private pool is advertised when in fact it is shared with a massive holiday park and you can only book a 45 minute slot to swim which is nowhere near enough with young children. although we did enjoy the pool perhaps update advert accordingly.
4.2
Super convenient!
could do with an additional toilet for the number it accommodates, and maybe proved more than 1 toilet roll 🙈
