proximity, great staff, lovely cottage.
3.5
Great location , friendly staff, good restaurant and bar facilities. Quiet but central to everything.
Rooms tired and need updating, no toaster in rooms, others manage to have full kitchens with toasters despite fire regulations. Limited kitchenette.
3.0
Lounge bar sandwiches and coffee
Walking distance to shops and cafes
Pick up from airport
Half day bus tour included
Expensive breakfast and dinner options,
Needed a more inviting pool area, with a BBQ, tables and umbrellas

Great, helpful team of people. Situated in beautiful quiet gardens close to town. All restaraunt are great and it has “Baileys” one of the best restaurants on the island. The pool area is private, clean and the pool water is amazing.

central to most aspects
food options needed to be more accessible- rooms could have included a toaster.
3.5
It was spacious and the surroundings were lovely and all the staff were fabulous. I loved the cabin style property.
The contents were very worn and aged, broken, not functioning properly or damaged. The TV was not able to be used to watch a movie at night as Netflix etc. all required updating. There is no one you can contact after 5:30pm to fix things which is when you often need it most as during the day you’re out.

relaxing environment close to village centre
to have to go to reception to purchase more wifi is not good, why can’t this be done online?
wifi should be free and available in all areas of the resort
4.5
The setting was very peaceful. Great facilities. Relaxing.
Some services and facilities were restricted due to COVID. The staff did their utmost to manage and I haver no complaints
4.5
The staff were amazing and always so helpful. The resort is great and even though we were a young family amongst a lot of older and very older couples it was still perfect.

The individual villas and a nice pool and spa to relax in after a tour.
The wifi cost of $20 per 1G of data that was so slow to use and keeps dropping out.

Didn't have breakfast, Liked the privacy of each cabin. Kitchen utensils need a good wash. Also one pillow in bedroom was overpowering with BO. I left a note to that effect. Staff were very pleasant. Laundry was great. Loved the island and I am recommending it to friends along with Governors Lodge.

Great location, waking distance to town.

The staff were helpful.
The restaurant was closed for evening meals and the buffet breakfast was not very good quality
2.5
The unit was very comfortable
Where to start the restaurant was closed which we found out after booking. Reception was only open certain times and days the supposed cafe the same, with food sometimes. The unit was never cleaned, we got no clean towels the bed was made once over the 8 days. The pool which my husband cleaned most days was closed for the last two days of our stay. The hotel is up for sale none of which was mentioned when we booked. Our reasons for choosing this hotel was the fact it had a restaurant and a pool. We paid for breakfast but the experience was like school camp the fruit juice was watered down Raro so we went out for breakfast. It was like a ghost town, desolate. The gardens needed maintenance. I don’t know what would have happened if there had been an emergency as nobody answered the phone when reception was closed.
