We fell in love with Idaho in 2005 and are excited to share our condo so you too can make amazing memories with your family. Our 1 bed, 1 bath ground floor condo is clean and cozy, well stocked with the essentials, and steps from lake, pool or downtown fun. 13 miles to Schweitzer mountain resort. We aren't a property management company, we live in this community and want to help you with our favorite tips and tricks to living and enjoying all Sandpoint has to offer, whether you are looking to sit on the patio enjoying the eagles flying or getting active in the lake, on the tennis/basketball courts, or in the mountains. After a long day, head back home to the condo, enjoy cooking a meal in the open kitchen and getting a good nights rest in the comfortable queen size bed or a fun movie night on the pull out sofa sleeper. Enjoy all the amenities our condo has to offer and more.

We have been staying at different condos at Condo Del Sol for the last 3 years and this was a rough one. Probably 50 dead bugs on the bathroom ceiling, smelly and gross bedroom carpet, long black hairs on the sheets and we had to vacuum out the couch to use it. It's a great location and we love the pool and the walk ability, but the cleanliness of this condo wasn't great. I will say they provide towels and everything you need for the beach so if it was a little cleaner, I'd stay again. But it was hard to deal with makeup splattered bathroom walls and general griminess.

The condo was nice and clean. Being a condo, we can hear the upstairs people quite a bit but that’s unavoidable. Location was really close to the Main Street of restaurants and shops. Could not get the tv to work tho.

The only downside of our stay was the weather. Everything else was great. The kitchen has plenty of utensils and gadgets to do your cooking. We also used the foldable baby crib.

This place was perfect! I needed to get away to meet some work deadlines and this place worked out great. I was able to walk to the trails and exercise everyday. Bed was comfortable and the place was clean. Host was great and easy to get a hold of if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. We loved the convenient, scenic location and awesome pools! Amy was so prompt, organized and responsive. We’d definitely stay there again.

Two of us stayed for two relaxing and happy weeknights in mid-July. The condo is cute, cozy, welcoming and had everything we needed. The complex is easy-going and within walking distance of everything! We know the highway and train are nearby, so we planned ahead with white noise and earplugs, and slept great in the comfy bed! Amy is easy to communicate with, and we are grateful that she shares her vacation home. We loved the walkability - we never got in our car - just parked it right outside of the front door. So many lovely walks and amazing eateries - Heart Bowls, Joel's, City Beach Organics, Panhandle Cone & Coffee and The Burger Dock. We had a perfect little getaway in this condo and enjoyed exploring a bit of Sandpoint. We definitely plan to come again!

Small unit with easy access to freeways, 30 minutes from Scweitzer and within walking distance of downtown Sandpoint. The bathroom is small and there is road noise from the highway. The lake is easily accessible but there is no beach. Kitchen is well stocked.

Very cute and comfortable little condo. Easy to walk to City Beach, downtown and all the shops and restaurants. Had all the supplies needed for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed lounging at the pool that was right outside the patio doors. We will be back!

Condo was gorgeous and cosy, and the host was very friendly! I went for a quiet break from things but sadly didn’t get that. I was surprised at how much I could hear the people above me, on a weeknight they had their tv turned up so loud I could hear everything. Then on a Friday evening at 4:30PM the lawn in the back and around the pool was being mowed for about an hour and I had to close the door and stay inside instead of relaxing on the patio. Overall it was louder than my usual days at home. Besides that my stay was good

Great condo located very close to town. Quick walk to restaurants and nightlife. Communication with Amy was extremely easy. Zero complaints. She had provided everything we needed for a long weekend in Sandpoint. Highly recommend booking Amy’s condo!

Had a great time. The check-in instructions were clear, the unit was welcoming, and the booklet provided had great suggestions for activities and restaurants. We enjoyed the town so much and especially enjoyed our bike ride which the unit came with 2 complimentary bikes.

Was perfect for my husband and I. Loved the well stocked items like laundry, dishwasher, soap, toilet paper! Everything was in perfect working order though the TV was a bit confusing. Tried several local restaurants and not disappointed. Easy to get to all local areas. Farmers Market was wonderful! Only negative is that the furniture in the living room is not comfortable for lounging. Owner quick to respond to any inquiry I sent prior to arrival. Would likely book again when visiting the area.

What an amazing getaway!!! This cute home has everything you need and than some!! We enjoyed every morning the patio overlooking the lake while drinking coffee! Rode the bikes to town and just truly relaxed!

We came out for a family reunion in Priest River. This place was perfect to have a quiet home base. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the view and proximity to shopping, food, and the beach. If we’re in the area we will be back.
