Breakfast was convenient and good

The availability of a pet room was really important. Also, parking close to our room was great. It was really fun that the location is really close by walking, to historic downtown with it's many shops, restaurants and taverns.
While the breakfast offering was ok, with a variety; a couple of hot offerings would be fantastic. Some warm bisquits and a pot of white gravy and maybe a pot of oatmeal with some raisins, sugar, cream (coffee creamer) would really round out the breakfast.

The hotel is actually a motel with 3 complexes. The rooms have been updated and were clean. The staff were very friendly.
The hotel is a motel and although they updated the sleeping area and carpet the bathroom was dated and the outside is dated.

The breakfast location is too small for the size of the hotel. We had to wait until people cleared out before we could access items.
Breakfast area.

Very nice suite and clean. Nice location and friendly staff
Advertised free breakfast but wasn’t expecting store bought jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches and frozen breakfast burritos. A bit disappointing. Bedroom door was coming off the hinges and hard to open and close. Hot tub needs to be a lot hotter. On google and Apple Maps it shows there’s an ev charger on site but there isn’t. None of these are a huge deal but things the hotel should work on.

Hot run not working

Location
Maintenance of facility. Entry and bathroom doors didn’t close/latch properly. Cleanliness of the room was lacking. More attention to detail was needed.

It was clean, location is downtown the beds were comfortable and the spa is quite large!
There are 3 different buildings, we were in the 3rd which is about a block from the office. It wouldn't have been an issue but it was pouring rain so we were not able to get breakfast. The hallways are covered but still outside so makes it a cold walk to the spa.

Room was clean, and ready early. Little extras, like coffee, and continental breakfast, and info about town and places to eat FANTASTIC!
The pool was not open while we were there and it was 29-30 degrees so would have been nice but understandable.

Great size on spa. Instrumental after a day on the mountain to decompress.
Lack of autonomous robots bringing cocktails and snacks to room.

Fantastic location within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. Be sure to check out the Tervan Tavern while you're there! We stayed in the Cedar Suite and it was perfect with a couch, kitchenette, and separate bedroom with a comfy king-size bed. The grab-and-go breakfast was incredible for kicking off a day of skiing. We found the Cedar Street Hotel to be absolutely perfect for our needs and great value for money.
The hotel is spread out over a couple of buildings and two blocks, so we had to go outside and cross a street to get to the hot tub. I wish we had known this in advance, as I would have brought better clothes for transitioning from the tub to streetwear. Other than that the place is amazing and I would highly recommend it!

Checking in easy, clean, breakfast standard, room nice, (very basic) lots of towels, refrigerator holds a decent amount, noise level moderate, and ice machine/vending convenient to each floor. walking distance to anything you want.
not that they can change it, hot tub 2 building away. No facilities there to change, bathroom etc. Never went in the 3 day stay. Pool is outdoors.

the hot tub is incredible, it’s so large! the staff was incredibly accommodating and the location is fantastic with the town working walking distance.
The card readers are very outdated and so we had issues with them but the staff was excellent each time and they are getting new ones soon.

The place could use a little updating.

The room with balcony and near hot tub.
No housekeeping so towels and garbage piled up. Desk did not let me know that there was no housekeeping but you can ask desk for things needed. Way of the future for hotel stays, I guess. Doing your own cleaning.

Great location and a really nice hot tub.

The location of the property is great. Right at the edge of downtown and easily walkable to restaurants, groceries and shopping
The room included the bare basics. We were there for 4 nights on a ski trip. There was one office chair but no where else to sit.
The mattresses were not very comfortable. My husband and I traded beds each night so one person could sleep. We were sleeping separately as the heating unit wasn’t working properly to the thermostat and would randomly heat making the unit extremely warm
4.5 / 5.0
The property is centrally located in the town. The facility was very clean and well-maintained.
The heating system was a bit loud while in the room.

it’s carpeted at the beds!! most winter destinations have vinyl flooring and it’s freezing underfoot.
the EXTREMELY low toilets and light coming from the exterior during the night.

Location as always. Staff always nice. Great beds.
I requested a specific room (closest to hot tub due to health needs) if available and was told it was and we could have it. We stay here lots and asked for room by number. Confirmed by message via booking that it was placed in our name. Upon arrival was told it was occupied. Placed at end of hall furthest from hot tub. Hot tub was COLD! There was a hose running into it on cold. I mean cold. We had evening plans and looked forward to a morning soak or two before leaving. :(

The rooms are nice size, bed was comfortable. Plenty of storage, liked having 2 sinks in the bathroom/vanity area. The people working there were very friendly and helpful. Loved the covered parking in building 1, the breakfast area and the lobby was decorated so cute.
The room overlooked the main street and was a little loud, but tolerable. The snow plows were keeping the streets cleared. I would have preferred a room that looked the other direction. The hot tub was down the street in building 3.
