Overall, I thought this place was fantastic for what we needed! We had another family stay with us and there was plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space. The place itself felt like a nice quiet cottage, yet pretty close to beaches and other amenities. I would say this is a great area to stay if you're looking to get out and about and want extra space, but don't necessity need a full kitchen or dishwasher to make elaborate meals with. Everything was very clean and easy to find, despite the bathtubs being a little outdated. I would definitely come back here again, and would suggest that you check it out if you're looking for a larger comfortable place to stay to check out all that Cape Cod has to offer!

The problem I had was the fact the pool was not open at all during our stay June 23-30. So please tell me if you do not have a pool working in MA at that time of the year, when are you going to use it. I realize the smooth way the pool is mentioned in the listing, but really July 1st start. Although we all did like the unit, the price was certainly not worth what turned into a week of no pool for my three grandsons.

Place was not clean
It was ok. I would not recommend it because it was not clean. Also bathrooms were dirty and need updates. Location was great and place was big. However kitchen, bathrooms and place was not neat.
