This newly renovated urban loft retreat awaits you along the Grand River. The ground floor patio offers a convenient launching pad to take a stroll along the extensive rivers edge exploring the local brew pubs, quaint shops, eateries and the Holiday Inn Tiki Bar. Enjoy your private oasis to sit and relax with a cocktail while watching the sun dip low into the western horizon, and enjoy morning coffee as the water shimmers off the white hulled yachts docked a stones throw away.

750 sq. ft., main floor condo has an open floor plan, a fully appointed kitchen, WIFI, laundry and private carport parking spot mere feet from your own front door. A 50" flat screen tv is housed over a rustic, warm and ambient electric fireplace, making the space cozy and peaceful.

Living room provides a very comfortable, memory foam, full size sleeper sofa, that fits 1-2 people.

Some miscommunication but the problem was resolved quickly. Owner was amazing! This is why the five star review!! I would stay there again. Easy walk to amazing local restaurants. Boardwalk was a nice walk.

Peaceful, quiet, clean and lovely. Close to everything including Beautiful Grand Haven Lighthouse. The condo in Spring Lake is very convenient and a lovely place to stay everything you need for a lovely getaway! The host was very friendly. We will stay again next visit. Thank you!

Very nice stay. Well equipped condo with everything one needs and then some. Very comfortable. Hate the Roku TV’s. Often experienced “errors” dropping the program during viewing. Also, unable to find programs customarily watched on cable programming. ie the news channels.

The Crib was the perfect place for our time away! Centrally located to all we wanted to do on the lake shore. Close to numerous great restaurants, shops and of course Lake Michigan. Dani's condo was exceptionally clean and quiet. The condo was well supplied with all the necessities. Everything was just right!

Our family had a blast in Grand Haven and the property was great! We loved taking walks along the boardwalk and being close to the water. The place is clean, cute and comfortable...I would definitely recommend!

My husband and I were looking for something low key just to enjoy each others company for our 10 year anniversary. This location was perfect for that! We took a walk along what we called the “boardwalk” every morning admiring all the boats, made breakfast at the condo (pans, utensils, Keurig… the kitchen had it all!) and ate out on the back patio, enjoyed a walk to Bigby Coffee, and binge watched Netflix. The condo was decorated so cute and was so cozy! We enjoyed Two Tony’s Italian Grille for dinner one night a few miles down the road. The drive to Grand Haven beach was close by. We enjoyed a full beach day, and a full day walking all the shops and breweries. Check in and out was a breeze. It was a great trip! We would like to go back, only next time bring our two boys with us to enjoy it as well! 😊

This was a very nice little condo! The bed was EXTREMELY comfortable, I'd love to know what that was! The location was near perfect and was just an overall cute little place. I did wish I knew that this was a lower level unit and that we'd have upstairs neighbors but that was probably my own misunderstanding. Thank you for an amazing stay!

This place is outstanding! If you are looking for a place with a variety of beaches, restaurants, walking paths, kid friendly activities, and shopping within your stay, this condo is the perfect place to stay. The owner of the condo went above and beyond with the accommodations and the extras within the building. We had an amazing time and will be returning customers.

We enjoyed our stay at this Spring Lake condo. It was nicely decorated, and the couch and bed were both very comfortable! We enjoyed walking by the marina at sunset and sitting on the patio.

Quick weekend stay minutes from Grand Haven

My husband and three kids all stayed, and the property was a perfect location for what we had planned at Grand Haven State Park. The amenities were great and suited our needs with basic kitchen essentials, etc. My *only* suggestion is a mattress upgrade in the master bedroom...it's very soft and you could hear and feel your partners movements. My kids said the futon was comfortable. The stay was perfect and close to everything we had planned. We'll likely be back in the Summer/Fall!
