Discover our newly remodeled 3-bedroom coastal ranch in Mystic, just steps from the river and a short stroll to Downtown Mystic. Ideal for families and groups, with a renovated kitchen and bathroom, plus an outdoor shower. Enjoy the fully fenced backyard, perfect for kids and small dogs. Ideal for a post-COVID getaway. Small dogs under 20 lbs are welcome, just let us know!"

We had an Amazing time and the house was just what we needed. Very clean and we had enough room for everyone to spread out. The back yard was all that. 😉😁

Julio was wonderful to deal with. The house was as pictured, beds were comfy & place was clean. The backyard was relaxing to enjoy a beverage before heading out for dinner. I don’t know why there is a hot tub listed (although not in pics & not on site). I wished there were hand towels & face cloths included with linens. Overall, I recommend Julio & his home!

My sister and friends stayed here to celebrate her bachelorette party and it was perfect! All 7 of us were comfortable and enjoyed the house very much. The backyard was great for hanging out and roasting some marshmallows. Great location, very close to the center of Mystic. Host was very communicative which we really appreciated!

Convenient reservation and check-in process. Owner very responsive before and during stay. Rental located in a nice neighborhood, close to all attractions, and well outfitted with everything you might need. We enjoyed our stay very much and would come again. Thank you!

We booked for 5 adults and 2 children for a long weekend in Mystic, and everything was perfect! Lovely house, very cozy and well decorated. We felt right at home and even decided to stay at home rather than go out for dinner.
Checking in and out could not have been easier and loved the thoughtful touches such as beach towels, beach bag, and even a few games!

A beautifully, well-appointed home in a quiet neighborhood that is close to everything. Our family consisted of two adults and two kids (ages 3 & 1). My husband and the kids LOVED the outdoor & indoor spaces. Very clean home with lots of hand sanitizer throughout if needed. Excellent communication with the host, who answered any and all of our questions. The lovely bottle of Prosecco to greet us was the perfect introduction to our vacation. Thanks for everything!

Great place in Mystic
Stayed here for a girls weekend with a group of 8 people. Plenty of space for sleeping and a nice quiet neighborhood. Convenient large driveway for packing multiple cars. Property manager Julio is very responsive and helpful. Could have used more paper products like paper towels and toilet paper for our larger group, but were able to pick up what we needed from stores nearby.

Wonderful stay in Mystic at this house. We were 2 families- 4 adults, 4 children (ages 3,3,1,1) with plenty of room! the house was quaint and charming and the backyard was spacious. Easy drive to all of Mystic sights and restaurants. The homeowner was so easy to talk to and so very responsive and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book this house again in the future! thank you!

Wonderful stay in Mystic at this house. We were 2 families- 4 adults, 4 children (ages 3,3,1,1) with plenty of room! the house was quaint and charming and the backyard was spacious. This property was close to everything, parks, the downtown, the aquarium and seaport museum. Julio was very helpful when we left our iPad behind. He sent it back without charging us for shipping.

No complaints. Great location, large driveway, big backyard, beautiful inside. We stayed here for our Mystic, CT, wedding celebration as it was close to family, friends, and where we had dinner in downtown Mystic. There's a Big Y and liquor store minutes away, which helped us stock up on supplies. And Mystic Roasters, also minutes away in the train station, had amazing coffee and breakafast sandwiches. Would definitely stay again.

The patio was spectacular to have breakfast or a drink. The neighborhood is very quiet, and just minutes away by car from center town, 20 minutes or half an hour walking. Julio received us with a bottle of prosecco, and was kind enough to let us stay a few hours more, since he didn't have guests the day we were leaving. I wish we could have stay a day more, but we are surely coming back!

Julio was a wonderful host! He bade sure that we had everything that we needed. The house was just lovely and the property was very clean and orderly. Julio even had breakfast purchased for us because we were arriving a bit later then we though and even left us some wine and beer to get the relaxation starting ;-)
The house is very close to the proper downtown and you could easily walk, but a bike would be ideal. We would absolutely rent this house again for our next trip to Mytic! Thanks for a wonderful stay, Julio!!
