This home is a 2 bed 2 bath courtyard Villa. Master suite includes a comfortable King size bed, walk in closet and ensuite with walk in shower. The guest suite can be closed off with a sliding door to provide your guest with privacy in the guest bedroom with a queen bed and guest bath. The kitchen includes all of you cooking and serving needs. The Living room has comfortable leather furniture including a recliner to enjoy the full cable package on the 65" smart TV where you can also enjoy all of your favorite shows on your favorite Apps. The Lanai overlooks your fully enclosed private courtyard oasis, where you will hear the swaying of the palm trees and watch the birds in the bird bath. All linens, including bath towels, pool towels, kitchen towels, sheets and blankets are provided.
The use of all of The Villages amenities, including free golf on the 40 executive golf courses, (golfing on the 12 Championship golf courses requires and additional fee), use of all of the pools located throughout The Villages (the closest pool is just a short stroll away), pickleball, tennis, clubs and activities are available to you with the purchase of the Temporary Resident ID's that costs $50/2 guests and is purchased from The Villages upon your arrival. Once you have obtained the Temporary Resident ID's, you can obtain free guest passes for your guests.

Wonderful home. Very clean and the owner was so easy to work with. Had a great stay. Be sure to gas up the golf cart the evening before as the gas station is not open til after checkout the next day. Will definitely stay here again.

Never stayed at a rental, Lisa made it so easy for us
Love the house, it has everything you need in it. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was very clean and well kept. I would recommend it to anyone. Very close to lake sumpter landing square. Very quiet house. The golf cart was so much fun to take to the close golf course and lake sumpter to just sit back and relax and listen to the music. The back lanai was very relaxing and peaceful at night listening to the frogs. Thanks Lisa for making our experience memorable.

This was our first trip to The Villages and we had an awesome time. The courtyard home was exceptional. It is nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite part of the property was the sweet little backyard that we needed for our pooch--the landscape was beautiful and made it feel tropical. The location was better than expected--so close to Lake Sumpter landing by golfcar, bicycle or car. Lisa was an exceptional and very accommodating host. She has thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Thank you Lisa! We will plan on being back again.

The property was well maintained and comfortable. The master bedroom is well-sized. The second bedroom was a bit small, but the bed was extremely comfortable. Instructions from the owner were clear and the owner was extremely accommodating. We very much enjoyed both the property and its location within walking distance of Lake Sumpter Landing.

The house is beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our 2 dogs. I loved sitting on the lanai, enjoying the view of the pretty fenced in garden which our dogs were safe to explore. We appreciated being able to bring our furry companions on vacation. When making the reservation, I was a little wary of how clean a dog friendly rental would be, but the house is spotlessly clean and fresh, not a bad odor or dog hair to be found. You would not know a dog ever stepped foot inside. The linen closet has a nice couch cover which we used. We brought doggy beds but our dogs decided they liked sleeping on the couch. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom and kept that door closed. The kitchen is fully stocked. The owner has created an instruction binder that provides a wealth of information on The Villages. The owner was accessible if we needed her. I needed help once and she texted me back promptly.

The property was found just as pictured on VRBO. It was very well decorated and she thought of everything a guest would need. The welcome binder was a nice touch with useful information. We found the location was perfect being so close to Lake Sumter Landing and Lake Miona Recreation Center. We will definitely be back! It was our first experience driving a golf cart and was nice it had seatbelts, turn signals, basket and a cooler.

The property is very clean and has everything you could possibly need or want. The golf cart is an enjoyable and fun way to get around the Villages. Many fun things to do very close to the house. Nothing to possibly complain about and I would recommend this place to any friends looking to vacation in the Villages. Lisa was an absolute pleasure to deal with.

DON'T stay HERE if you carry a lighter!
The home was booked for a few days for my son who is 40 years old and two other adults in their thirties and late twenties. We all gathered at my home, also in The Villages and spent a great deal of time in Orlando and surrounding area- NOT at the rental home. During their stay, they had a roofer visit the home, we were not told in advance that any work would be needed to the property during the stay. Additionally, rules of the home that included restocking toiletries was also not explained in the description nor rules of renting at the property. Additionally, the last night in the home, my daughter wanted to celebrate her birthday. They all did something small with a cupcake and lit a candle with a lighter. The lighter was left in the love seat and NOW I am paying extra for smoking in the home- which NEVER happened!!

This is by far the most comfortable house I have stayed in. The master bed was wonderful! The space was just right and the lanai is absolutely lovely. The location is really close to many of the amenities in The Villages. There is a golf cart, but we chose to walk as it was so close. Check in was a breeze, Lisa left a very helpful manual so you knew where everything was. Lots of kitchen supplies so it would be really easy to cook at home. If you are interested in seeing what The Villages is about, this is a great house to stay in.

Very easy check in, pd $50 for passes just to use the pools but they're not locked and we only went twice so if you're not going to golf I would recommend not bothering with the passes. Other than that the Villa was clean and quiet and furnished very comfortably! I loved the shower in the master bath, it was to die for!! Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Where do I begin? This villa is awesome and so is Lisa. I rented this property for friends who came in from out of town. I live locally outside of The Villages. The house was immaculate and matched the listing 100%. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishware, cooking tools and basics. The beds (per my friends) were super comfy. And by far, our favorite was the lanai and the outdoor garden. So peaceful, beautiful and a unique find in The Villages. Gorgeous trees for shade and beautiful rare flowers. I brought my dog over when we visited - a bonus to have him visit and explore the fenced yard. Lisa was responsive and even checked in with me after the first night to make sure the property met our needs. 5 stars across all aspects. Lastly, the pool was perfect. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and kind - we felt right at home and comfortable. An incredible stay for sure!

More like a home than a rental!
Trying to be brief, we arrived after an exhausting settlement and a 3 hour drive with a trailer. It was like an oasis! Loved having; a garage, cool/clean thoughtfully done living space, perfect vacation type location, and quiet, pleasant neighborhood. While we were awaiting another settlement/move in, we enjoyed being quite close to Sumter Landing Square with all it’s restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Even has a Supermarket. Lisa seems to have thought of everything from little flashlights to well marked light switches and instruction manual, to beautifully decorated space, including large flat screened TV and an astonishingly comfortable bed! I could go on and on but suffice to say, we highly recommend this lovely home and as well as the manager/owner!!!
