Free staying with our dogs was super.

Not much. There was a parking avaiable.
The staff does not speak any language other than Russian. Rooms in the style of glitz and, from close up, clutter, detaching elements, a spreading floor. The rooms were not too clean and the windows overlooked the backyard mess. The house has a full kitchen, but the appliances are slightly worn. the worst thing is that when we cooked eggs on teardo, the owner was sitting right next to him, he came to check what we were doing and played loud music. It looked like he was watching us. No privacy. The room was cold at night. I was afraid to turn on the electric heater because the sockets looked burnt out. Cash payment on the spot.

Good place,calm,nice people

They were really kind, polite and very flexible, the room was comfortable for 2 for a night during a long journey.
It could have been a little bitt warmer, and they didn't go for beauty, but nothing serious.

Personal don't speak English well, but they try their best in communication with us. They prefer cash only, but it was possible to pay by bank transfer. Parking place was good right infront of building. Good place for that price (we spent only one night).
Smell of cigarettes in first floor. Towel were missing.

It was good value to money, clean rooms, room size was good and i liked the shared kitchen opportunity
Staff did not seem to understand that in booking they had put check out time 13-16 (it unusual but that what was in booking.com ) we offcource stayed until 15 but they came to ask for pay for one day more. Communication problems. But they were nice and were really friendly, allways asked are we ok with everything. Just minor communication problems.

You should be ready to spend quite a bit timr to get there, as there's only bus routes that are going that direction. The hotel is almost out of tge city.
It was quite cold, the owner provided a gas heater. The water temperature in shower and sink is hard to set (it's either too hot or too cold).

there is no hot water every morning. I had 2 nights in this hotel and I couldn’t have a shower every morning. Also it’s very freezy at night in a room.

Room, where to sleep. I could check in after 22. The staff was nice. The bed was okay and there was wifi and free parking. For the price it was acceptable.
The room was cold and moist and also there was a lot of noise, like engine sound, also noise from other rooms.

For the price, the experience I had was absolutely worth it. As another review said, the receptionist doesn't speak English, which isn't unexpected in a fairly quiet area on the outskirts of Riga - I imagine not that many foreigners come there. However, I was greeted by an extremely nice Indian guy who says he isn't part of the management, but has lived there for 2 months and helps out. If it weren't for him, there would probably a few less points in some categories.
The room was nice. Not the cleanest or largest, with a few questionable electrical safety decisions, but overall, I was happy with it.
A lot of the things said to have been part of the room itself weren't there - they were on the property, but I'm not sure that counts. I can live with that. But there was one very significant issue - no free Internet connection that I was aware of. A nearby Wi-Fi network was present, but I was never told a password and couldn't find one posted anywhere. I'd ask, but there wasn't anyone to ask most of the time.
