Horrible, scary, out in the middle of nowhere literrally. GPS could not even find this place.
I like that despite the fact that breakfast was heavily promoted throughout all their advertisments online and in town, they DO NOT provide breakfast nor do they have a kitchen to do so. However the cost for this amenity is rolled into your expense (says Booking.com/Agoda.com) when advertising breakfast. There response to this was to rell me that I am in error for mistaking their meaning. But that what Ishould have understood from their advertisement is that they could order me some food from town at my expense if I was hungry. Not that breakfast was complimentary and served on premises. I like how I was told that they didnt have to honor the representations made online pertaining amenities such as breakfast, and air conditioning as standard in all rooms, because i made my reservation on Agoda.com. They said they have no contract with Agoda so essentially I have no booking with them. They said they only do business with Booking.com. That Agoda cannot act as an agent on their behalf and contract for them. I retorted that since I have no booking with them that they are bound to honor, then I would request my cash refund for the remainder of my stay, being that I paid cash for nearly 2 weeks up front, and that I would stay some place else. The one brother actually agreed at first but then turned around actually cited Agoda policy pertaining reservation cancellation as being non-refundable. This after asserting that they dont recognize Agoda, they now cite them as an authority in the matter when convenient. They deleted all their whatsapp correspondences with me consenting to returning my money. 3. These people are dishonest and corrupt. I like how some paramilitary folk stormed the lobby area and demanded to speak to the owners. He spoke with them on the phone and called them liars and crooks. He said that they owe money to his comrads immediately or it will go very bad for them and this place. He also noted that the place was lacking permits.
Everything Apart from the lobby, which is layed out nicely to deceive you. BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE: All they saw fit to do was try and wallpaper over it. But its seeping right through their shoddy wallpapering job. Professionals did not construct or renovate these spaces. I assure you. I have all pictures and video. My descriptions will only do a disservice to the truth. 1. Broken down furniture in the rooms (they moved me to 3 different rooms) . 2.No air conditioner in the rooms unless you pay extra ( despite advertising that their rooms are "fully air conditioned") 3.Bathrooms are broke down. Flush toilet and floods out of the back of the tank onto the floor. Instead of fixing the issue they give you a extra bucket to collect the water to dump back into the toilet. I have pictures and video of all these things just in case the owners are ready to lie and dispute my claims. 4. No Shower curtains 5. Very UNSANITARY. Used bars of soap in the bathroom WITH HAIR ON IT. 6. Toilet seat not screwed on toilet. You literally have to balance still or your going toilet surfing. 7. Bathroom sink fixtures are loose and just keep spinning. You will spend sometime trying to find the sweet spot on the dial to stop the faucet from continuously overrunning and flooding the floor. 8. Bathroom window has no view outside but literally looks into the lobby area. Or more importantly a lobby window at shoulder level looks directly into your bathroom. People literallly walking through the lobby can look into your shower with no curtain on the shower nor any curtains or curtain fixtures on the window to obscure view. I tried placing some shopping bags in the windowsill and the whole windowpane fell into the hallway. I dont know who authorized this place to open for business to the public. 9.Uncleaned ROOMS. Dead roach in bathroom. Dirt and dead insects in windowsill. Dryed up spit on wall. As well as food stains, as if someone wiped their hands on the wall. why wont they...
