Comfortable.

The property has good security and is conveniently located. The apartment was spacious, had comfortable furnishings, air conditioning throughout & a nicely kitted kitchen. Reception was super friendly and there were no problems with our late arrival. We loved the swimming pool! It was also great that there is mosquito netting on all the windows that open.

The shower wasn't great. The pressure was very low and there was never hot water. Luckily it was very hot and humid during our stay, so this wasn't a major problem.

Disappointing

The location.

I wasn't too happy that they passed the 2.5% credit card merchant processing fees to me. For the rates charged, the furnishings were disappointing. The apartment manager, to her credit, kept checking to ensure all was well.

great location but more should be done to give the apartment the value it deserves

The location is great . The host was good she understood the complaints.

the general cleanliness was poor. A lot of things were not working. eg Wi-Fi, DSTV etc. For facility managers, one night bookings aren’t really a priority but it’s necessary to note that these bookings are potentials for long term bookings

the beds were extremely hard I had to sleep on the couch with my daughters . very uncomfortable also the design of the bathroom is not friendly both me and my daughter injured our foot in the bathroom

it was perfect and the staff was especially Claudia who managed the property were polite and courteous.

the location was quite central and for this being my first time in Accra the location meant it was easy for me to access all the destinations I wanted to visit.

The country is very beautiful, the hotel is very beautiful, and the booking service is great

The reception is not good, the guard received me and was late in handing me the keys and took the amount and did not hand me the rest. He said tomorrow we will hand you the remaining and proof of payment, and the location was incorrect, as I stayed with the taxi owner for 3 hours looking for the location and the police arrested me. Why did we see you more than once in this way, and I contacted Boking from Yes, to compensate me, as I did not rest all night by car, we are looking for the hotel Please compensate me psychologically and financially, as the taxi owner took a lot of money from me because of the delay

The reception is not good and their service is very slow and they treat them as if they were living in me for free

Great apartment,spacious ,quiet & relaxing.

The apartment is situated in a very good,convenient location. Near central Accra Malls and Tourist areas. The area has good transport links. The apartment itself is very spacious & has a lovely balcony. The apartment complex is clean, quiet & very appealing. The facilities are of a high standard.

It was awkward to arrange cleaning but this was soon resolved.
