Expensive

Close to old Trafford cricket ground

Someone parked in our designated parking bay very very annoying. Will not ever rent an apartment again ( had parking problems before ) will always use hotels in the future. Bed uncomfortable, no soap in the bathroom, poor instructions as to the key pick up point. Address was 17 Warwick Road , the actual supermarket was on the corner of the start of the road confusing. No explanation when collecting keys as to which fitted what.

I would stay at these apartments again but would like them to be a bit cleaner

The property is in an excellent location, very close to old Trafford and local amenities

The cleaning when we arrived at the property was not good. Two toilet seats were completely off and we had to wash the bed linen ourselves. The bed ware could do with updating.

Brilliant property conveniently close to Old Trafford cricket ground. Everything we needed for our stay and the staff brilliant at the end of the phone when needed

Overpriced and the staff don’t care.

great location, nicely furnished, mostly well equipped

both toilet seats broken, food and drink splattered up the wall by dining table and tv remote didn’t work. we contacted staff and they were aware of all of the issues but didn’t bother to fix them before we arrived. at £550 for a two night stay, that is simply not good enough.

It was an amazing experience.

I liked the location of the property and the communication online although some of the responses were late and seeing someone physically would have been better. it was very neat more than expected.

I did not like the aspect of the heating not working well and the rationale of hot water that was available.

Nice apartments..good value for money 🙂

The apartment was in a good location close to the football stadium and nicely furnished.

The smell of fried oil in the corridors and the glass cups were not cleaned. Don't know about the rest because we didn't use them.

Overall poor experience! Only good thing was location.

That is was a great location to attend a Manchester United game.

Very difficult to collect keys, location of far from rental, no one was at place when I first showed up to collect keys. Dirty dishes in draws place wasn’t all that clean. Little to no toilet paper on arrival. Made me pay for a extra night because they said they didn’t offer early check in, then when I did the pre check in a few days before there was a option for early check in for a small fee. Lost hot water for for a night.

Superb

We stayed at Insignia for a concert which took place at Old Trafford so the location was perfect! Literally across the street The apartment is very updated and very clean . Everything has a new clean feel to it .we were very satisfied ! we

So i would definitely recommend this place and would for sure stay here again no question Just few things that could have been better- there was not a sufficient amount of toilet paper ( we were 3 guests staying for 6 days and there were only 2 rolls of toilet paper) so had to go buy some more. The bath towels are pretty small ... and the key pickup was around a 10 minute drive away . With that said , the team was very understanding and helpful offering a solution to return the keys since i couldnt retuen to the same place where i picked up

Good location, comfortable rooms, clean and tidy. We had a very pleasant stay ☺

Kitchenware: Please, get some plastic tools for teflon pots and pans. The iron ones destroy teflons 😦 Carbage collection: Please, at least let the customers know there are recycling boxes in the ground floor bin. Add these to the house rules. The bin is awful, full of un-recycled wastes, one poor person there sorting them out. The recycling MUST start from the flat, by the customers, as far we know we can do it.

was a nice stay but do feel that the apartment needs some tlc. We paid a lot of money for a 4 night break.

broken toilet seat No loo roll - after 5hrs travelling, couldn’t even go to the toilet before a trip to Tesco! no extra pillows duvet too small for the cover shower didn’t drain so constant flooding when used bin area absolutely stunk, was vile everytime you went in or out of the property

We had an enjoyable family weekend staying there.

There was a terrible smell from the waste disposal room. When disposing of our waste and recycling the problem became clear. The disposal room was completely over filled. Every bin was full and overfilled. Very disappointing!

Brilliant, excellent location and check in / check out was a breeze.

Location was excellent, old trafford was only 10min walk away. Apartment was also excellent with everything you need. Alicia at Residential estates was brilliant, emailed the day we arrived to check everything was ok and kept in touch with any questions I had during our stay.

Communication from 'Residential Estates' needs lots and lots of improvement: 1) February 10th email regarding my booking with wrong residential address: Residential Estates Insignia Apartments Feb 12–15 Check in Sat, Feb 12 Check out Tue, Feb 15 Duration of stay 3 nights Address (!!!! Wrong address) 38 City Road, Chester, CH1 3AE, United Kingdom 2) On the day of my travel, after repeated phone calls, got the following info Address: 86 Talbot Road, M16 0PG Old Trafford, GB Building entrance: Fob Entry Floor: 1 (!!!!!!!!! instead of Floor #5) Apartment number: 507 Collecting the keys from a convenient store away from the residential building. Difficult to find the convenient store because the name board is covered with festive advertisement; Not a helpful staff (until I did some shopping!!)who handed over the keys ; No details about the keys (there were two fabs) and building access information ; No information about the car park within the residential complex ; No information about the Hot water system timer arrangements in the house; Some of the utensils especially the frying pan is not a good quality.
