I would recommend the hotel just for the advantage of the location. I would say it was overall pleasant but they need to

Our room didn’t have amenities such as Kettle tea cups or any tea or coffee. The reception was not in our hotel building so it was not possible to keep asking for stuff to be brought over. we also paid for breakfast for all days, but it was very limited. No hot food was served. There were additional charges for an omelette or scrambled eggs. Since this is a 4star hotel this it is expected to have a hot breakfast spread.

enjoyed my stay in Portofino

staff were extremely nice and helpful. great location!

property was under construction so there was a lot of noise. also had to check in across the street at the sister hotel

Good room, breakfast was fantastic. Great location.

Our room #3 did not have a functioning lock. We discovered it a bit later and had to request a physical key for the room.

It was a great location for the area and a pleasant stay.

Good Location, staff were friendly, room was very clean.

Breakfast was average pretty poor, staff could have been more helpful regarding other items such as resturants best beaches i didnt find that their ideas were very helpful etc, and better instructions to find the place it is part of another hotel which is across the street.
