Great stay but they need to work on simple services in the room such as iron & kettle etc

Spotlessly clean, great facilities pool area and kids loved the kids club

No irons available which was very frustrating as had to wear a lot of wrinkled clothes for the week. Also no kettles in the rooms

Wonderful relaxing holiday

Everything was lovely .The rooms are so big and spotless .Towels changed most days and bottled water replenished .Breakfast was a great choice and something for everyone .We used the indoor pool and spa and it was lovely ,very clean and staff were very nice .We had a treatment in the spa on one of the days and it was a lovely experience and very reasonable .Staff were so nice and helpful .Full of smiles .We were just on a b&b basis so cant comment on food all Inclusive.We did have lunch in Grand Cafe bar which was nice .Short walk from town and cheap taxi ride away .Cant wait to return ,

Was not much we didnt like .If I was to pick something it is that the pillows could do with updating but a small moan really in compassion to the rest of the positives .

Excellent room, very clean, large pool

We really liked the hotel which is why we extended our stay for 4 days. BUT Due to bad communication of the reception staff (via 3 different persons) when to pay for the additional days, the room got locked after our initial departure time, we were not able to enter it and we were treated like criminals with staff bringing me to the room and he opened it so that I could take out my credit card to pay for the room. It was an very awkward scenario and reception staff was not very kind or apologized for this inappropriate client procedure. The animation program was not really reliable, shows and activities started late and appeared not well organized.

Other than the Gym dissatisfaction everything else was good.

Love the Hotel and its a great location.

Gym is a disaster doesn't open until 9.30 and breakfast finishes at 10.00. Its very small with only 4 Machines and they charge €5. per person even though you are a guest

Very good

We had a fantastic pool view room booked and when we arrived we were upgraded to a deluxe suite.The food was lovely a good variety,not too repetitive.

Not too much not too like to be fair, entertainment at night could have been a bit better.

Nice Little weekend

Very nice hotel, very comfy and nice pool and activities. the buffet is mostly good and better than the average of my experience

Somehow I feel like some people working inside the hotel were not instructed and perhaps they have not any kind of training for the job.

great location, good food but beds need update.

the variety of the buffets and the entertainment staff on the pool area.

I could feel the bed springs on the mattress. very uncomfortable. no amenities in the room ( like shampoo).

Overall, a nice hotel but overpriced.

Clean and airy room with good facilities. Especially good for teenage children as the room was divided into different parts for privacy.

Food was average and quite repeatitive. Very limited snack bar which was not open all of the time - when we visited it was serving left over breakfast. Football pitch not accessible at all times and was in quite poor condition.

Pleasant and nice but need a few changes

Entertainment staff were nice but repetitive. 2nd week seemed the same. Food was good but lunch was a little same like. Nice location. Grand hotel. Pleasant staff.

The bed was too hard. Pillows awful. No replenishment water in room. Towels too small. No bath robes in room. No al a carte. Cocktails water down. Would be a good suggestion to arrange an inside space for entertainment in the evening as was cold.

Superb

Staff always cleaning. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Good variety of food with BBQ nights exceptional. Would have no doubts about recommending this hotel. Good size of room and balcony plus the best fridge ive ever had whilst abroad. It actually kept items cold.

No issues. Whilst the beach was a bit of a walk there was a regular shuttle bus to the hotel

Love alvor

Been here a few times ,Alvor as an area is amazing and each time we visit we stay in Baia, we love it here, staff, facilities,its just perfect for families ,the entertainment staff are just fantastic , they never stop all day, the Princess show for the kids ,our little girl will never forget ,thanks so much guys

Fantastic food, friendly, helpful staff

Fantastic staff, great food and we asked for a room with easy access to a lift (for grandparent) and they could not have been closer!

Great staff, fantastic food

The staff were so friendly, polite and helpful. Food was fantastic and the pool was great. Awesome air con in the room too which was needed with 35/degrees heat!

Overall very happy with our stay, and would return.

The hotel was very clean, good bar, breakfast, and entertainment. The pool was great and the slides were great for our daughter of 2 years of age. The bus was also very convenient to the beach.

Room service was advertised on the leaflet upon entering, which we wanted to use on the first day as we were travelling for 24 hours. However the first person hung up on us, and then the next person said "you have to come to reception". This is not room service. The price for beer was double that of Alvor town.
