This is on the whole a wonderful apartment and just needs a little tweaking to be excellent..

Location is fine, near a roundabout so can be a little noisy in the mornings.

We contacted apartment 25 minutes before arrival but due to some confusion we were waiting 15 minutes to access property. Front door handle came off internally which we fixed. One of the electronic shutters failed on the 4th day in a guests bedroom. We discovered it had been held on with cellotape?? Finally, a chair collapsed beneath a guest during dinner..This is the second time this happened as we have stayed here before. The chairs are ornate but rusting legs have caused erosion and subsequently collapse. The guest was unhurt and we laughed.

spacious, close to bars, restaurants & supermarkets in Alvor.

bedrooms are at the front of the property and are close to the main road so it can be noisy first thing in the morning.

Good central location and large appartment

It wasn't clear from the description that the property is on the ground level. You can hear the main door buzzer alot and when sitting at the front you at street level with people peering in when they walk past. Also from the pictures, I thought the pool was exclusive to the appartment, it's not, there must be 6+ appartments in the block and residents were very funny about sunbeds!!

If/when we're back in Alvor, this is the property we'd like to rebook for our stay.

We were apartment only so breakfast wasn't an issue. However, the location was spot on as we were 400 meters from the beach and about 600 meters from many restaurants. We had a supermarket and a couple of nice small restaurants outside the door.

Genuinely, we had no issues with this property.

Fantastic apartment, location and service!

Apartment was fantastic, very central, spacious, spotlessly clean and great service from Ricardo and Rafael. Had the Swimming pool to ourselves every day. Shutters were great on all windows to keep heat out and aircon worked great. Excellent outdoor seating areas.

Swimming pool is very deep so not the best for young kids but our kids still loved it.

In the central part of Alvor, no need for car at evenings. Private parking in the Garage under feels safe.

Exceptional

This apartment is amazing and totally exceeded our expectations. We are regular visitors to Alvor and this is by far the best accommodation we have stayed in. The host Ricardo was super friendly and so helpful answering our questions. The location is perfect and only a short walk to Alvor town and a 10 mins walk to the beach. The outdoor spaces are big, the underground car parking was an added bonus and the pool was lovely too! I would highly recommend this apartment :-)

As our holiday had to be cancelled because of coronavirus, we did not get, but when we got in contact with the owners they were simply brilliant and told us we could rebook for any time again, which we did for next year we had booked no show no re found so i have to say again they were great regards Eugene Hanratty
