Beautiful, LARGER one bedroom, corner unit located in the Dockside section at Bernard’s Landing. This ground floor unit features beautiful lake views on one side and has the uncrowded pool on the other side. Perfect for families! NO steps to enter through the back door with dedicated handicap parking space.

I loved the location of this condo at Bernard’s! I could get to it without stairs and it was very accessible to my boat. The views were gorgeous from the lovely deck! The den was comfy and cute but I wasn’t inside much because the deck with the fans was so nice! Would definitely come back!

Can't beat the view, comfort or convenience! What a wonderful little condo - everything was perfect and I will absolutely stay again. Just a side note, this condo has the biggest (and one of the most comfortable) beds I've ever slept in!

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo! Everything was just as pictured - very nice and clean. We could not have been happier and hope to rent this same condo again next year for our annual anniversary trip to SML!

This property was much larger than most studio condos since it is a corner unit. It has a lovely wrap around patio with great views of the lake! Loved the fans on the porch too! Bed was large & comfy, and it was very clean and bright. Would LOVE to stay here again!

We had a wonderful week, the only thing that didn’t cooperate was the weather but it didn’t stop us from getting out on the lake! We had around thirty people for a family reunion and were able to reserve the upstairs pavilion at the clubhouse for a gathering and dinner. The condo was just right and close to my other family members. Living the lake life was perfect.

Decent. Older, functional, well kept. As a getaway, winter would be best unless you like urban crowd vacationing. Nearby Napoli Restaurant excellent food, otherwise isolated. We wanted quiet walking and we got it. Nearby historical sites interesting. Nice birding. $79 come on was deceptive when you add the fees. Local construction. Bed sheet arrangement needs looked at, fitted corner would not stay on. Enjoyed February sunning mornings on the chaises indicated on the listing photo. Overall satisfied.

Our stay at this Bernard's Landing condo was great. It was close to the things we needed access to during this trip. We only needed a reasonably priced one-bedroom condo. We got exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend it.

Celebrating my friends' birthday with a weekend away from kids and chaos. This was the perfect setting. Great boardwalk to take walks on, covered porch we could still use the day it rained, beautiful views, yummy restaurant within a short walk.

Had a wonderful time here. Walked next door both nights for AMAZING and FANTASTIC meals prepared by a REAL chef!! Prime rib was best ever!! Service was impeccable. Went home and watched a HUGE flatscreen above a candle lit fireplace & drank brewed coffee as we stared at the amazing starry night over the quiet lake. Condo had everything we needed. Beautifully decorated too. Super easy check-in and out. Plus the kayaks are a super perk even tho it rained and we never got a chance to use them unfortunately. Next time tho!!!

The apartment was very comfortable and nice. It is truly a place to get away from it all. We stayed 4 nights, which was about right. It is a little far from restaurants, shopping, and things to do. However, we had some very nice walks, went to the state park, and explored the area a little bit. The apartment had everything we needed and it was on the ground level to make coming and going convenient. We were there in November and a number of restaurants had nights they were closed. So, you have to check if places will be open. If they’re in the summer, one outdoor pool is right next door — so, very convenient. All in all a very nice place to stay.

Located on the ground level next to the Covention Center heated pool. Easy walk to all amenities including clubhouse pool, restaurant, beach, marina, tennis and Pickleball courts. We will definitely return to Bernards Landing.

We enjoyed our visit immensely.. I would inform housekeeping they emptied a dirty dishwasher and we had dirty forks, knives, spoons, a few dirty glasses and dishes. So, I went through and selected the dirties and rewashed. Other than the housekeeping. Everything was just delightful! Thank you for a wonderful experience’

We had a great time . Very relaxing. Some minor issues: The oven had residue from oven cleaner. Bathroom fan made loud noise when turned on. Railing on steps going down to the unit was very shacky

Condo was comfortable and contained just enough resources (kitchen supplies, clean linens) for our stay. Nice having access to a lower level condo to enjoy the patio. This property overlooks the marina near the restaurant (Napoli). Week before Easter was the perfect time to visit. Great weather, spring was blossoming, and the lake was QUIET (I’ve heard summer can be a little crazy with boat traffic). We would definitely visit SML again!

The condo was clean but not spotless. The commode was needing attention. The bed was really comfortable. Kitchen well stocked, and appreciate the extra items left, such as trash bags and toliet paper. The location was perfect and outdoor seating was great. We will return. PS We couldn't get the kurig to work but luckily there was another coffee maker.

Our family stayed here for an extended weekend for spring break getaway. We loved the stay here. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was so comfortable too! Wifi was very fast and lots of channels on tv as well. John was so kind to have three kayaks ready for us so that we can enjoy the water together. It was such a great touch that he had cornhole set! It was fun playing as a family! The location of the condo was perfect as my boys enjoyed fishing in front of the condo everyday. As a very active family, having access to tennis and picket ball courts, basketball court, indoor pool, and beach area totally kept us busy all day long. John was very communicative and so kind before and during the stay, and we were very grateful for that. We hope to come back again, and happy to recommend his place to anyone!

The unit was wonderful- the perfect place for me to work remotely. My family joined me over the weekend, and we realized we had NO orienting documents on Bernard’s Landing amenities, but the owners were very responsive and helpful. My only negative was how icy the steps were when I arrived.

A decent stay, but…

We enjoyed the area and had a good time. The rental could use a deep cleaning. There is a faint unpleasant odor, especially in the bedroom and bathroom. There is a fireplace but it was out of order. This would have been a nice touch as it was a bit chilly when we were there. The blinds are about a foot to a foot and a half short of extending to the full length of the windows in the living area. We like privacy and just felt like that was a little unusual. One closet door in the bedroom was missing. All of that being said, the unit was decent and met our overall needs. I was required to rate the communication with the property manager although we had no communication other than the initial instructions. The instructions were fairly detailed so I rated this 4 stars.
