Clean and newly furnished appartment. We had the lower level appartment on the first day and the upper level on the second. Lower had new kitchen and split level airco. Upper had a/c but no split level a/c. Plates, pans etc provided. Good coffee in the morning.
Self check in required me to give my credit card details through the phone because I was unable to use their system.

Great communication , central location, comfortable with full kitchen and extra hot water ! We like cooking out on food on our trips to avoid getting food sick - this had a little of everything and we had a grocery store across the street. We could tell the owner tries to maintain the property in good condition
Would have liked a short blurb on how to use AC temp control took me a little bit to figure it out

Self check in, location and room configuration
Musty smell through out room

Really nothing there was no staff to interact with if problems arise. I see their Vision but in all honesty that place is not ready to rent yet.
It was nasty not clean at all our sheets were dirty. So I had to change them again because there was no staff. Like I said I can see where they are going with it in the future but now that place should not be rented until it’s ready!

Great location - so much within walking distance

Location, super clean, comfortable and easy to access and safe
Nothing at this time
7.0
Convenience to everywhere.
Too much noise on Friday evening, music so loud, people walking around and smoking a lot, even at 1AM.

The Beverly totally worked for our family trip. Separate master bedroom and sleeper sofa in living room. Good location and ample parking. Self check in worked perfectly and staff was available to answer questions (about linens for sofa bed etc)
Nothing.

This was a convenient to Beverly Hospital. We were visit a family member.
The cleaning product smell was very strong. It was reassuring that the room was clean, I am very sensitive to the cleaner fabuloso especially.

Convenient location
The room was frigid when I arrived. The heat had been totally shut off, and the weather was exceptionally freezing cold outside. It took up to three hours for the room to warm up decently. In addition, there was only a light extra blanket in the room, and I had to go looking in the supply closet to thankfully find an extra comforter.

Nothing was special, but overpriced by $75
Super strong cleanser smell upon entry, I complained we’d get headaches. After two days, smell was replaced by a mold smell. Overpriced. No breakfast, no office staff, no common area. Just a motel for $150 but with no one there. Key code broke/had to get another. No extra towels for two night stay. Blanket was thin. No toaster. Place was run by someone on a telephone long distance.

The location was perfect, close to everything. The room was impeccable
Nothing really! It was perfect

I didn’t - wasn’t able to stay was locked out of room with ZERO help from property (no desk check in or employees on staff) .
No employee on sight

The staff was amazingly helpful and really worked with us! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the kitchen saved us an exorbitant amount of money, and having laundry on site was super helpful.
The parking situation was a little lackluster - when they were busy, we often didn't get to park near the stairs that would lead down to our room. But that is seriously my only complaint.

It was located near Salem and had access to various places to eat or purchase items we needed during our stay. The separate bedroom and kitchen area were a huge plus.
Supply closet never had bath towels on the two times we checked. Heat was difficult to regulate.

Spacious room with useful kitchenette, very helpful staff who respond quickly to queries online. Customer service could not be faulted, very accommodating personnel. Good location given proximity to train station. Parking right outside, which is very convenient with luggage. Safe neighbourhood. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathroom, which was a nice classy touch!
Unfortunately, Cleaner had missed sticky substance on one of the dining chairs left from previous guests (maple syrup?), which we had to live with as no one on site to clean up with disinfectant (we had none). No plates in kitchen but there was cutlery, mugs, toaster, microwave and fridge. Would have been good to know, so remember paper plates.. Liaised with customer service and they said will look into, so very accommodating and considerate. For us, we were in basement and unfortunately could hear upstairs walking around constantly, so struggled to sleep initially.

It was really easy to access my room and I loved having a kitchenette. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.
Everything was great.
7.0
Location and ease of checking in
Required a damage deposit and the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable.
5.0
The location and easy check in
Room were somewhat spacious but def not for 3 person
The rooms were not like the pictures on the website and or booking
If you are downstairs you can hear every step from the people staying upstairs
Very dark, they need to change at least the light bulbs
The pull out couch was horrible
Check out is 11 with cero flexibility even having a check in of 4 pm

Easy to find.
Little bit cumbersome to figure out the door passcode routine.

The room was clean and comfortable. Good location with plenty in the immediate vicinity. Also convenient for going back and forth to Salem. Was only about a 15 minute drive. Communication was through email but the staff was very responsive. Would definitely stay there again.

It felt like I was staying at a friends guest room instead of a hotel room. Very homey feeling.
The shower drain had a slight odor to it.

Our housekeeper Patricia was very nice and available if needed.
Our room was Very Clean!
Location is very convenient and driving to Gloucester or Salem was easy.
The only thing I can actually complain about is the sofa bed mattress. Room 3 needs a new one. It was not very comfortable.

the WiFi worked great, self check in was great. location was excellent for the train
even though the WiFi worked great, neither television would connect. we know how to work roku TV’s so it wasn’t user error.
also, be aware that they charge $150 security deposit, and that doesn’t come up anywhere in the booking process on this site. they call you later to make sure they get your credit card details, which I’m assuming they don’t get from booking dot com.

Great location, across street from large supermarket (Stop & Shop) made shopping for supplies easy. The kitchen had plenty of cooking tools/pots, large fridge, toaster, etc, appliances in good working condition, so easy to make meals in the room. Very clean rooms, and I liked how the properly made it easy to help ourselves to fresh linens and towels if needed. AC units worked great, fortunately because it was a hot week. North Beverly is a very central location, short distance to lovely Cape Ann and the northshore, and a quick drive to Boston. Is a quiet, clean neighborhood with no bars or rough crowds to cause unpleasantness.
Don't stay here without a car. Lack of restaurants withing walking distance (the Bertucci's has moved). Only a hipster juice bar and a diner withing walking distance. But with the full kitchen and grocery store, you can easily make your own food.
