Děkujeme paní na recepci, hezky se o nás starala a její snídaně byla výborná.

The studio we stayed in was very stylish. Atypical in terms of shape, it was decorated beautifully, with an amazing bath, a record player, and a comfortable bed with a very interesting rounded headboard.
The breakfast room was also beautiful, and the breakfast itself was very tasty, so we would recommend opting for that added extra. There is a lovely garden area with seating for taking a coffee outside after breakfast or relaxing in the sunshine in the evening.
The guest house owner/manager was very attentive and made us feel very welcome, making sure we were looked after at breakfast.
We were also very grateful for the comfortable and shaded private parking right across the road from the guest house.
And finally, the location within Zdar is great for those coming for the history - it is right next to the chateau and within 5 mins walk of Zelena Hora on the hill.
Overall, a fantastic stay.
Our room was facing a busy main road, and even though there were double windows to try and protect from the noise of traffic, it was still quite noisy during times of heaviest traffic.
Just a word of warning for the more sensitive sleepers, but nothing a pair of earplugs wouldn't fix.

parking ground cross the street, no sign indication in the hotel, but after guiding by reception, will not miss it. Breakfast is also super nice
unbelivable wrong description of the room with sauna facility, no such facility is not the key, either no hot water in the room make you crazy after long time driving. and wifi is poor enough to make you away from mobile phone...

Ot was cozy, nice and clean. It was really comfortable, good location. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Very unhelpful staff.
1) They write you can exchange the day for another one for free. This is actually not true, you will not be allowed to make any amendments to the reservation.
2) Pay good attention to the fact that their reception is opened only until 7 pm (!). If you arrive later, they will let you sleep at the station even if you tell them in advance.
3) If you count with services like reception desk etc., do not. It is rather apartment than anything close to a hotel.

The property was very beautiful, situated in an old but renovated mansion, a very beautiful garden inside. The room was new, and there was a record player in the room which added a nice atmosphere.
4.6
- Good location
- Interesting accommodation
- Awesome breakfast
- Friendly and welcoming staff
- Our room was facing the main street. The sound insulation was not the best, a lot of noise from the traffic.
- The room was very bright in the morning because of small curtains and a lack of window blinds.
These negative points are more for the light sleepers.

In the beginning I was surprised that there is no buffet or similar breakfast. But I was asked every day what i personally want like to have for breakfast and this was then brought. Also they remembered not to bring coffee because I am drinking only tea. So really a nice hotel.
Also the location near to the pond was nice, so I was able to take a run in the evening after work, and they also have a sauna and a really beautiful garden. Really a nice place to stay.
Compared to other hotels the price is not really chip, but this was ok. And I would wish that they are able to serve more in the evening to eat than only salad or bruscetta (But this was really good :-))

This is very unusual place to stay. It is not typical hotel. It gives you a chance to dive in preveious centuries 😊.
In the same time everything inside is fashion and modern.
Owner is extremely сareful as and all staff.
He has selection of local wine, hand made cheesеcake on top of lovely breakfast (choise of 4-5 options).
Fireplace which you cane manage by youself.
If you are going to visit Biathlon, there is very easy connection to shuttle bus which bring you very closer to Vysochina Arena.
Nothing to say.

Beatiful place, former chapel near to local castle.

The kindness of the owners. We were supposed to check-in at 3 pm, but as we arrived sooner for a wedding, I needed a place to change myself and my wife as well. they were closed at 10 am, but they let us in and we could change inside, which was very helpful since it was raining and it was very cold outside.
There was nothing to dislike. I would just recommend the staff to check the level of soap in the shower corner. It was empty.

Right next to the church grounds of basilica minora and less than 10 minute walk to the Pilgrimage Church of Saint John of Nepomuk. Beautiful ponds on the other side of the road. You may use shared garden for relax, shared kitchen to make a food or visit the hotel restaurant/bar. The room is very spacious with bathtub in the room. There is also private bathroom with shower. Very helpful, friendly, nice staff. Excellent breakfast.
Hotel is on a street that was under reconstruction during our stay and the hotel parking sign was hidden on the other side of the road. I would recommend to send new guests a map where to find the parking (at least google map screenshot). We should have a Landmark view from the room, but did not receive it.

Great location, right next to the tourist sites.
Very nice staff.
I appreciated that the room was really warm already at the time of our arrival (it was cold outside). Usually hotel rooms are cold or colder for my taste, here it was excellent, all ready to take rest right after the car ride.

The personal is very nice and friendly. As well homemade breakfasts.

Unique accommodation in a lovely building with friendly staff. We had excellent breakfast and dinner with good wine at the Penzion. Highly recommended and we will definitely return in summer time!
4.6
The location is excellent, the building and the garden are so nice that we also enjoyed time at the pension.
Breakfast was excellent. We can choose what we want and wait at the table. When we arrived, the lady suggested to share the breakfast which was good idea.
No particular point, but if I can point out one thing...
The second day, we also wanted to share the breakfast, but unfortunatelly, we wanted have the different food, so we ordered 2 small portion, but end up big portion that it was quite hard to finish.

As it used to be a church and then used as a farm, the place has history and is kept to it’s original character. The rooms are beautiful with old wooden furnishings and a cute wooden kitchen.
The family that run it are very friendly and helpful. Check out the hotel website to see full services. The restaurant is very cosy and offers lovely meals, including meat that is smoked on the premises. We wished we had stayed longer. We want to go back in the summer, where the hotel hires electronic scooters to get around town.
Go for a morning walk up to the Pilgrimage Church of St John of Nepomuk to watch the sunrise, truly beautiful.
If you ever visit the beautiful Zdar Nad Sazavou, this is the perfect place to stay.
4.6
Nice location at Zdar palace, UNESCO church in walkable distance.
Located in former chaple.
Nice breakfast, but a la carte, not buffet.
Narrow double-bed.
4.6
It was quite a nice stay and comfy hotel with an excellent breakfast and helpful owners. Also the location is quite good as the castle with nice basilika and Zelena hora are close, walking distance.
The only thing is, at least our room was not so calm really. The hotel is right next to quite busy road, where even in the night trucks were going more then 50kph and the window was not enough to stop the noise.
