A lovely place for a short stay in a convenient location

The location was in easy reach of several tram lines and there is a pleasant walking path down to the riverside. The room was charming and spacious, with historical features. The kitchen was good although short of some essentials like cutlery (spoons) and mugs. The bathroom was nice and spacious.

The bed linen (sheets and pillowcases) was not at all soft, it was quite rough to the touch. The duvets were unusually heavy or compacted. Other guest/s sharing the bathroom were not considerate about cleanliness.

Praktisch und nett.

Sehr praktisch. Wir waren für ein Workshop in Zürich und den ganzen Tag weg. Der Unterkunft ist gut, zum übernachten. Am besten Bettdecke und Kissen mitnehmen.

Nice looking place. Comfortable rooms. Sleeping next to impossible as much too loud.

you will be sleeping with your head 1 meter away from one of the main traffic roads with tram and bus going every few minutes. Never had a hotel that loud in my life. If you close the windows you will suffocate as the room is very small.

Convenient location and comfortable amenities.

Good location, nice shared kitchen.

Getting the code for the key box was pretty complicated, and it wasn't so clear to me where my room was / how to get in. I eventually figured it out but it took awhile.

Pleasant

Comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, a mini fridge kitchen and a clean bathroom were the positives.

Terrible Wifi network, difficult to sleep in the night if people are walking in the kitchen above the bedroom.

Short Stay in Zurich.

Cleaning is impeccable. Very peaceful stay. No noise at all. Very comfy bed. Good Price for Zurich.

Quiet and comfy

Easy self-checkin/checkout. Quite well equipped shared kitchen, that I didn't use during my short stay. Otherwise has all the essentials.

It's a bit outside of the center, but easy to reach by public transport. Room was quite small, a place to hang a towel (other than in the shared bathroom) would have been nice.

Convenient yet flawed accommodation

The guesthouse has a kitchen and a laundry room. The room and the bathroom(s) were clean. I had chosen the accommodation because I had a meeting in this suburb, just a little walk away, but it is also well connected with the main station (roughly 20 minutes away, by bus or tram).

The walls and floors seem paper thin. Steps, voices and even snoring by the other guests were quite audible. My room was under the roof (although there must have been another one above me as I was hearing steps...). I kept banging my head against the beams and the slanted walls/roof. Only about 2/3 of the floor space was walkable. I tried to check in during the given time slot, but staff was absent and nobody would pick up the phone. It was only after a while that I discovered a mail, sent on very short notice, describing the code based check-in drill.
