Nothing,had to leave early.
The caravan was inaccessible, dirty carpets and freezer , crumpled and untidy bedding, main bedroom light and toilet light not working. insulting response from the owner. We stayed late December for 5 nights but left after 4 because of the dreadful access ( see pictures) .
If you've already booked this caravan I would strongly recommend cancelling and finding alternative accomodation. The owner has no conscience and will not care less if you have any complaints and in my opinion should not be renting out caravans to honest people paying good money and expecting them not to complain when the accomodation isn't as described.
Complained to Booking.com who although very polite did nothing to help although the property is advertised on their website.

It was everything from start to finish kids enjoyed it we enjoyed it
The only thing we found was that there was no entertainment passes so we couldn't use the pool or club house we actually went to the club house but it was full of kids running amok with no parents in sight

Lovely by the lake great with the decking especially when you have kids looking out to the lake. Very pretty. There are two bathrooms. Always good to have when there's a full a caravan.
We didn't know we had to buy passes when we got there. It would have been good if we knew that we had to buy passes for the evening entertainment and for other bits around the park which we had the free swimming but you needed the passes forward the swimming but then the other activities needed to be booked online and pre-booked so we can do them either and said pre book them and a lot of them were booked also but did different activities each day but it was just ashamed that you could do like mini golf and other things which the smaller kids would have enjoyed

The placement of the caravan was very good. Close to all attractions and the lake was beautiful.
The outside decking area was filthy and took me all Sunday morning to clean it. We arrived to no electricity and after waiting for the owner for an hour to get back to me, I sorted this myself. The maintenance man was just about to finish for the day so we were lucky he sorted us out. The beds weren't comfy and pillows were not great. I was expecting more from a private caravan such as there were DVDs but no player. Overall cost by the time I had purchased passes was the same price as booking through Parkdean but nothing to make paying private extra special.

The mattresses were really comfy.
The living area was a great layout, lots of space. Well equipped kitchen, (although I couldn't find a grill pan handle) large fridge and a freezer.
Sadly, our stay was tainted by a major water leak, which we were told about just hours before our arrival. When we entered the van, it was like a steam room! The shower had actually been left on hot! The tray was full to the brim, the walls, ceiling and door were dripping wet, the door had expended with the moisture and could no longer close, having come apart at the top, the water had seeped across the floor of the van, so the hallway carpet was soaking wet. Everything felt and smelled damp. Whilst I understand a leak cannot be predicted, given the amount of damage this has caused to the interior of the van, I'm amazed there was no emergency plumber available on a normal working day.
In additional to the leak, wet walls and carpet, the damp smell and the bathroom door unable to close, and totally unrelated, the toilet was dirty, as was the toilet brush, there are old blood stains on the double duvet, there's a hole in lounge area wall, the kitchen sink had to be unblocked, the double bedroom window would not open and the water was cut off on our last day before our check out time whilst my son was in the shower. Having no water also meant I couldn't finish washing up, so the grill hadn't been cleaned. Luckily I'd done everything else. I informed them of this and the fact I was unable to wash the grill pan with no water.
They initially offered me 2 free days in April as compensation, however as I'd already booked my holidays for the rest of the year, I asked for a partial refund instead. They said they would sort compensation but I never heard from them after that.
Days later they offered me £40 and claimed I had left the van dirty and left food leftovers everywhere! I asked for them to send me photos of this and, of course, they couldn't! They have my bank details and I still have recieved no compensation or security deposit. Booking.com customer services have been no help either.

The staff named Dave from the check in gate was very friendly and gave us a laugh as we arrived !
The caravan was not clean there was dog hairs all over ,cob webs ,spiders numerous flys squashed to walls , smelly bedding and the shower was absolutely filthy . A few of us ended up staying in a different caravan on another sight due to the size of the caravan and the uncleandlyness for little children .

Gorgeous location next to the lake and really
comfortable seating area on the patio. Very quiet
area and cleanliness was good. Dog friendly and
the owner very quick to respond to messages.
DVD player didn’t work which was a shame as we
don’t go out at night with the dog. I just bought
one from Argos in town.

there was nothing I didn’t like, the only thing I found was that the caravan wasn’t numbered.

Lovely furnished, comfy and cosy caravan in a great location. Spotlessly clean when we arrived. Nice outdoor seating overlooking the lake. We really enjoyed our stay here.
Hardly any room to move in the bedrooms but I think that might be the size of the beds in them….although they are comfy!

Wow what a great find! This is a lovely caravan inside and out. You would never know you are on a big site, all areas separated with high hedges makes you feel very secluded.
The caravan is situated nicely near the water and the decking/outdoor seating area is a great touch to sit out for meals or just relax with a book and listening to the birds tweeting in the trees.
Our 4 children loved all the activies and swimming pool available.
Caravan had everything we needed for the 6 of us, beds were super comfy too.
We spent a lovely 3 nights in the van and will definitely be returning. Thank you so much!
Only very minor thing was the shower wasn't very powerful and we found it would go hot and cold, but it did the job for our stay and us girls washed our hair after swimming at the changing rooms so wasn't a problem.

Nice modern caravan. Well maintained and very clean. Exactly as described in the listing, Nice location as well with an artificial pond and decking outside which we'd certainly have used if it wasn't for the time of year. Host was very communicable and pleasant to deal with. Overall a very nice stay and would come again.
The boiler didn't work when we arrived so the first night was spent without it however the electric heater in the living room kept the temps from going too low overnight and the host was very good and got it sorted the next day without issue. I understand sometimes things go wrong and it can't be helped, I believe this was such an occasion and in these situations its how the host handles it that matters and in that regards she was excellent!
