Cheap as chips. Central location can’t be beat.

It just does exactly what it says on the tin. Nothing special but it's a really cheap and cheerful, conveniently located place to stay. Has beds, kitchen, bathroom. It's not the ritz but you wouldn't expect it to be.
There could be a rule communicated to guests, as part of the check-in procedure when they arrive, that you CANNOT speak on the phone in a shared dormitory after a certain time. It should be common courtesy but most people don't have that sadly. An 8pm cut off for phone conversations and/or a rule where you can ONLY take calls in a public shared space - not the bedrooms (which would be even better)

This is an exceptional place! The hostel is brand new with well stocked kitchen and well maintained. Top notch cleanliness, comfortable furnitureband welcoming interiors. centrally located in Swansea and very well connected. most of all however, is their amazing staff who go the extra mile to keep you comfortable. Even though I arrived at odd hours, the person behind the desk still greeting me with a warm smile and assisted me in every way possible, including giving handy tips about nearby places to visit and restaurants to eat! All in all, highly recommended and make sure you have a chat with the staff!

I thoroughly enjoyed this hostel. The location is splendid, and the room was clean . The staffs were very polite . I would definitely visit again.
Bathroom mat could be provided for the shower, bcos water does drip down from the shower door.

Very good value for money. Staff were very friendly and overall quite comfortable. Beside a nice area of Swansea where there was much to do.
Not the hostel's fault, however the people made a bit of noise and it was hard to get a good nights rest.

Lovely staff, very central accommodation. The rooms were clean and cosy. The kitchen and shared lounge space was roomy and had a lovely view. Would recommend.
Bed a bit hard.

The staff were polite and apologetic.
Unfortunately it was evident that there was an infestation of some kind. I suspect bedbugs but I'm not an entomologist. Found in more than one room at the hostel.

I have booked this hostel for one night , must be the best hostel I ever stayed at. I love the way the beds are designed and the fact that are more than one bathroom in the room. woke up looking at the castle. it’s a bit noisy in the morning, but didn’t bothered me much, the staff member who booked me in, absolutely lovely, thank you!! got a really good bed. I love the size of the beds , extra light you have above your mattress just in case you don’t wanna disturber others if you need the light, the kitchen is fully equipped and there is 24h reception.
it’s not that I didn’t like, but it can get improved. a few people don’t have that common sense and courtesy of turning off the lights when it’s getting really late and don’t have the understanding that this is a common sharing space so we should be mindful about others on the room so I think the room should have multiple lights with different switches so when someone in a certain part of the room can have the lights on if they needed while the other rest of the room can enjoy their unlit space. also, again this is mostly common sense , you will think, but the door is kept being slammed when in and out so probably an anti slam door is needed

The facilities are amazing and very good. Staff were very friendly and keen to assist
The only problem I have is with fellow residents. Hygiene was very poor with some therefore the room stunk of faeces and one guy started blasting out music at 4 am. I don’t know how he did it as he was fast asleep when I went to switch off his phone

Very convenient location. Good comfortable clean kitchen, the kitchen has everything you need to save food and have breakfast or dinner.
I didn't like my bed upstairs, an uncomfortable metal staircase was a problem for me to go up and down, since I'm 64 years old.
