Staff gentile e disponibile. Stanza pulita e spaziosa. Vista mare dal balcone.

Non puoi scendere al mare direttamente dalla residenza ma devi fare tutto un giro a piedi. Peccato perché il mare è lì.

The room was quite newly renovated, very nicely designed, nice views, close to the sea. Comfortable beds. Free tea/coffee.

A bit too dark in the bathroom, small fridge. Bigger cups for tea/coffee would be useful. Breakfast would be nice.

From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a sense of cleanliness, modernity, and sheer comfort that set the tone for a memorable experience. The first thing that caught my attention was the impeccable cleanliness throughout the hotel. Every corner sparkled, and the attention to detail was commendable. It was evident that the staff took great pride in maintaining a pristine environment. One aspect that particularly stood out was the exceptional air conditioning. Regardless of the outside temperature, the hotel's climate control system ensured a refreshing and cool atmosphere, providing a welcome escape from the summer heat. I was thrilled to discover a coffee machine in my room. The convenience of being able to brew a fresh cup of coffee in the comfort of my own space was a delightful touch. It added an extra level of comfort and indulgence to my mornings. Speaking of the room, it was absolutely fantastic. The design was modern and tasteful, creating an ambiance that was both inviting and relaxing. The attention to detail was apparent in every aspect, from the stylish furniture to the well-appointed amenities. The bathroom was a true highlight. Spacious, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the necessary essentials, it felt like a private oasis. The luxurious shower and plush towels provided a touch of pampering that made me feel truly indulged. One of the most memorable features of my stay was the balcony. Stepping out onto the balcony, I was greeted by breathtaking views of the beach. It was the perfect spot to unwind, enjoy a cup of coffee, and soak in the serene coastal atmosphere. Lastly, the hotel's proximity to the beach was an absolute bonus. Just a short walk away, I was able to immerse myself in the beauty of the sandy shores and soothing waves.

Very beatiful beach

beautiful beach is just some steps away, room was nice, specious and clean. bus stop just beside apartment, 30 min with from Cagliari central station

Comfortable room and welcoming staff

Thank you so much for an excellent stay. The room was comfortable and mostly very clean. The owner was very welcoming and extremely helpful - thank you for helping me arrange a taxi to get back to work! I would definitely stay again.

It's a shame the pool was not included in the price. From the photos on Booking.com, I thought it was. This doesn't take away from what was otherwise a very lovely stay.

Beautiful panoramic hotel

Location, really close to the beach and bus stop but a bit far away from other facilities The view, is simply amazing, just that pair the value The staff was really gentle

The rooms are a bit small but still you can survive. The shared balcony let you have much more space

Lovely place, fantastic room

The room was fantastic and very spacious, the bathroom was brand new, also very spacious, with a skylight and a fabulous walk in shower. The owner was very accommodating and friendly, and as we arrived earlier than expected she prioritised the cleaning of our room so we could get settled quickly. The beach is literally across the hotel. The only downside is that there was no reception, but other than that it was absolutely excellent place to stay.

Just that there was no reception or no one to man the hotel. However it was all very secured and had security codes at every door. Also there are no bars/cafes around to have breakfast.

Lovely time in Sardinia / visit Villasinius beach!

Great host, calm rooms, walk-in distance to beach Poeto, espresso machine, sharing balcony with sea view, suggesting to rent a scooter to get everywhere or use the local bus - not bad option

Nice stay for a couple of nights

Check in is super easy and the host is very friendly. The room is spectacular! Very stylish and nice.

The location is not the best one, but you can reach the beach by foot.
