Owners friendly and available to provide extra info and accessories ( example folding clothes that I didn’t ask). Bedroom fully equipped and cleaned every day. I appreciated the rules inside the bedroom to remind guests not to waste energy. Location is nearby the beach of Margine Rosso, there’s an Atm 550 meters from the place, a kiosk and bus stop to take bus in every direction (Pula/Villasimius, Cagliari town and Quartu sant’Elena).
Personally I would recommend to add some salty breakfast options especially for foreigners and to develop the kitchen corner that might become a real plus, if guest would learn to respect and share the common space correctly :)

Our room was perfect, clean, comfy. There was a refrigerator. Wendy is very kind and makes sure you have everything you need. Breakfast was the best we had in Sardinia in the 13 days we were there😊

the property was nice, clean and comfortable
poor communication between the owners and us ended with us leaving after one night. we travel with two well behaved dogs and it was communicated to them that the dogs were coming with us. after talking to booking.com staff which they were unable to resolve because the owners refused to speak English to them as they had no problem speaking English to us in person and on the phone. even though the advertisement stated they they are pet friendly well that is only after you pay a large additional fee (100 euro) per night and the dogs can not use the grass in their garden area to do their business. we were left stranded and had to make costly last minute arrangements. fortunately we did find other accommodations that were superb for us.

Wendy was very helpful and willing, breakfast service was perfect.
there was funky smell comming out from probably waste pipes. Sometimes we had feeling that is somebody trying to get to the room but It was I guess clanky door.

Very friendly people and a beautiful garden where you can sit. It's located on a hill that you need to walk up if you're not renting a car. For me this wasn't an issue though and the reward is a chill neighborhood away from the traffic.

Better to go to the beach by car because it is walking only 240 m but uphill. Free parking near the beach from September 10!
Spacious clean very comfortable rooms. Lovely quiet area and garden. Super breakfast and most friendly host who helps and advise with whatever you want. Parking in front of the house.

Nothing
Quiet area. Lovely garden. Spacy rooms. Great breakfast. Super friendly host. Close to beach and half hour by bus to centre cagliari. Bus stops down the hill which is deep to go up and down walking.

The room which was very comfortable and bright, The hostess who is too sweet, cozy, with very good will and cooks wonderful kugens for breakfast.
We always leave the car parked outside and we had no problem, the location is good and safe
Breakfast the first day because although it was continental it had no fruits or anything salty. It was uncomfortable to ask that we want to eat because we did not see what was on the table where the food was and we could not take anything on our own due to care with the coronavirus. However, the hostess kindly listened to our concerns and incorporated eggs and cheese for the following days, and we already knew what to order. We were not cleaned the first day either, but the following days were. There is a lady who accompanies the hostess who can be a little more friendly with the guests, which improved with the days too.
