Very good stay with very good friends. Aldeburgh is one of our favorite places to stay.

All OK

Could have been a little cleaner. Looked like no one had been in for some time. Lots of spider webs in corners etc. The bin in our bathroom had NOT been emptied from the last occupier.

The matras in the bed. You could feel all the springs.

We had a lovely time, the house is well located and decorated, could be a bit better maintained.

Location great, easy to get to beach, close to restaurants, beautiful spot.

Generally a lovely house, although more care could be taken on upkeep eg door handles and sheets.

Lovely clean spacious home over 3 floors with good facilities for a relaxing break in a beautiful coastal town!

Clean, bright and spacious. Loved the master bedroom - v comfy bed with good quality bed linen. kitchen very functional and rear outside space was great for relaxing in the amazing weather we had. Liked also it had bathroom facilities on all three floors! Location was perfect, v short walk to shops and beach !

The basement mattress needs replacing asap - our daughter found it very uncomfortable and did not sleep well - spring s flatten and it slopes! Also, some tea bags to get started would have been a nice gesture!

The house was what we needed and in a good location, with a couple of niggles.

Nice well appointed house Well furnished with everything you need. In a good location. Parking was not a problem

The house was clean, but only moderately. We could only get one ring on the hob to stay on. The mattress in the basement bedroom is shot

Lovely kitchen and nice bedrooms, nice location on the high street, clost to lovely pub and beach.

Carpets were dirty, especially in living room and some of the sofa cusions were on the floor with a pair of glasses.

Great location on main street near bus stop.

Great location on main street. Very roomy home.

Front door was very difficult to lock. Bamboo flooring coming apart in kitchen near stove. Stairs leading to top floor are of different heights leading to us tripping.

Great location for exploring Aldeburgh and beyond.

The house was warm and cozy and bright which was just as well as the weather was freezing! Plenty of room, comfortable beds - everything we needed for a super stay. The kitchen was well equipped and all the appliances were easy to use. Restaurants, food stores, shops and cinema just a few metres away.

Nothing. It was ideal for our short stay in Aldeburgh.

Great place to stay with the family, a beautiful home in a fab location.

very cosy, home from home. High quality furnishings, lovely decor. modern showers and bath. lots of space, especially with the basement bedroom. clean throughout. excellent location to beach and shops.

we genuinely have no complaints.

Lovely Christmas stay at Settled In. Nice property with lots of room.

very conveniently positioned. lots of space and comfortable.

No amenities for children (stair gate on steep stairs, high chair etc would’ve been good).

We loved our little 3 day stay, we could have stayed for ever. Would definitely go back .

Location perfect, on high street but not busy, seconds from sea. Great standard of decor and facilities. Garden is a lovely space, Kitchen /dining room comfy and homely. Everything we needed, well almost. Bath and showers seemed spa like after a day on bike and beach.

The duvets were great quality but 10.5 tog on a hot summers day left us tired the next day from lack of sleep. Cotton or woollen blankets, or a 2.5 duvet would be good as an alternative. Unfortunately the lovely cool basement room had a creaky and uncomfortable bed. Fine for kids or unfussy people, but did not suit us. Other beds comfy. The toilet rolls took some finding as all together and there should be more washing up liquid and some bath cleaner available please.
