Location is just perfect.
We have been welcomed by a knicker resting on the coat hanger at the entrance hall ???

Key box at door and code pre-sent so very easy to enter.
The pre-set heating was great, albeit made the property very very warm.

Central location Delighted with property. Your staff a “Short Stay” we excellent
They were helpful from the day of booking. Only tiny complaint. Wrong size of coffee pods provided
Parking instructions weren’t too clear. Perhaps provide vouchers for parking The recycling bins were over flowing and smelly

Excellent location. Very clean and well appointed. Staff response to a minor query very quick and satisfactory.
Mattresses were on the hard side for our taste.

Nice apartment
Instructions on which apartment needs to be clearer. Using the same key code, I entered one of the apartments and was shocked to find it occupied by someone else. Turned out that my apartment is a different one.

This is an exceptional property. I don't think you could ask for more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Would look for this again in future. The top floor lounge view and comfort was amazing.

loved location so central to restaurants and shops , lovely place , good facilities. Enjoyed stay.
one person was using bed settee, had to put own pillow cases and cover on bedding, also lying on floor although clean would have preferred it to be in linen basket for example.

Beautiful town house in the heart of St Andrews; well furnished with a stunning balcony on the top floor, ideal for the Scottish summer!
Parking was very convenient and the en-suite bathrooms added a touch of luxury
The entrance to the property could be indicated more clearly although there's a balance to be struck between convenience and retaining privacy.

I liked everything about the property.
Wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
But wouldn’t be great for someone with a disability given it is a Townhouse & thus has 3 floors.

absolutely clean
showers perfect
benches in first floor in kitchen must be replaced with comfortable backed chairs.
first floor seating not comfortable
only part of apt that needs to be changed.

Location was excellent, so handy for the centre of town, parking in the adjacent car park was a piece of cake and the house was brilliant
Could have had some instructions on using kitchen appliances

Very comfortable, modern and spacious accommodation in an excellent location.
There was no welcome pack with instructions to get the central heating and appliances going. it took a while to figure it out.

Splendid location and an easy walk to all that the town of St. Andrews has to offer. If you are relying on foot as I was, both the Marks & Spencer and Aldi are about a 10 min walk. Smaller options like the Tesco and Sainsbury's are in town on Market St. too. The unit is adjacent to the lovely Lade Braes path, and it's about 10 min walk from West Sands Beach and 15 from East Sands.
The unit is modern and tasteful. I did a lot of cooking and some baking while there, and had no problem navigating the appliances. The refrigerator is very large, too. I even ran a load of laundry and the washer worked perfectly.
On the top floor, the balcony is a wonderful retreat - especially during sunset!
If you are planning on using the kitchen for cooking and baking, you should know that it only has the basic supplies and you may need to improvise. For example, I used a pot as a mixing bowl. And while it had a beer bottle opener, it lacked a wine bottle opener - and wine glasses. It also didn't have a hair dryer but management did bring one around the day after I alerted them.
One of the beds (the room on the right as you walk up the stairs to 2nd floor) has the firmest mattress I have ever experienced. So if you like a super-firm mattress, you'll be loving it; if you don't, it might be an issue for you.

Loved the house, beautiful, modern and has everything you need for a stay. Great location, close to bars, shops, restaurants and not far from the coastal walks and old course. Loved the balcony in the living area and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed.
Unfortunately, we had booked for 5 guests and there was no bedding for the sofabed for our first evening's stay. We didn't notice until late in the evening however it was rectified for the following day when we contacted them. The balcony door also jammed closed, which made the living area particularly warm. We were only there for 2 nights, so wasn't possible to fix in this short time however wouldn't stop me from recommending the stay. It was lovely and the hosts were quick to attend to the issues, even on a Sunday.

Balcony was great as the weather was really good and we were able to sit outside.
The accommodation was over 3 floors with the kitchen on the ground floor and the lounge on the top. It was a bit inconvenient having to run up and down 3 floors with plates & food etc.
