Location
To be frank we weren't very happy with our stay as what we saw in pics the house wasn't very well maintained Few issues we want to highlight
1. The living area was quite small, which wasn't very clear in pics and we with three families can't sit together.
2. Both the bathrooms were quite old and even the toilet seat was not well, we need to use the threads to hold the top. This was quite frustrating.
3. The second bath was not usable due to shower issues ( we definitely wanted more than 1 bath) and that's the reason we booked this property and paid extra £100s
4. There were spider webs in the room.
5. We even found small slugs on the ground floor, which made us really scared in the evenings.

Room sizes was large. Location was quite. Little shop 30 seconds away. Had all information before arrival with clear instructions
Dirty in places. About a dozen black bags out by the back door. Kitchen was terrible, countertops still had someone else's food on them. Table dirty, broken glass on the chairs. Extractor fan horrid, grease and grime. The house and its contents could do with some tlc.

The only positive about this property was that it was a 5 minute drive from the Morfa.
This was far from a beautiful 4 bedroom house.
Looks can be deceiving. It was absolutely filthy, we had to clean things before using anything.
The beds were uncomfortable. The shower was scalding hot and despite contacting the accommodation and sending photos as advised, we were still not informed of how this could be rectified. The mould in the bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they had never been cleaned. The toilets were worse! The dishes provided were not washed properly.. So much so that the cutlery draw did not even have a tray in there, they were thrown into cardboard cut outs with food and hair in the draw. The fridge freezer was so filthy, you did not want to use it... Again we had to clean the fridge before use!
None of the doors closed properly in the property, you couldn't walk up the stairs without having the grippers stab you in your toes! One of the radiators looked like it was being held up by a spoon and the back door did not open, despite being told to put the rubbish out there on departure and the living room was so small, with the most uncomfortable sofa, the kids had to sit on hard chairs or on the floor as the sofa accommodates 2 adults. The floor we had to clean before hand as it was so filthy that it wasn't fit enough for a dog to lay on! The backs of the kitchen chairs had food spills down them.... I could go on!!!
As if all of that was not enough, one of my young children found what appeared to be a weighing scale with a white illicit substance on it under one of the beds.
When asked for some sort of compensation for this awful stay that we aid £500 for, I was given an insulting £50!! Actually £47.98 due to admin fees... This was unfortunately the first poor accommodation I have stayed with on booking.com and will never book here again unless it's a reputable hotel company!
Stay well away from this property...
