Very enjoyable stay on a spectacularly beautiful island!

We enjoyed the location very much. Broadford is quiet little village, not as crowded as Portree, but there are several good options for lunch and dinner, including an excellent restaurant at the House of Juniper. The breakfasts there were excellent. Our room was spacious, very clean and comfortable, with a nice view out toward the loch. The owner, Mike, was very friendly and helpful. The property is quite large, so the setting is quiet and peaceful, and there is plenty of space for parking.

More options could be installed in the room for hanging clothes and towels. It would be good if breakfast could routinely be served earlier than 8.00 am to allow for an early start for trips to other parts of the island. The manager, Chris, seemed rather inflexible about the starting time.

Unpersonal, bad value for money.

The whole environment with different buildings. Nice small room. Delicious starters in the restaurant. Organic salmon and the soup of the day. The friendly service in the morning.

„Luxery“ accommodation was written at the entrance. It‘s not appropriate to the service we got. nobody at the reception a manager who was not quite helpful. A noisy restaurant.

It was adequate for what we needed!

The spa facilities were nice! The bathrobes were a nice touch.

The rooms were a little small. The basket breakfast which was delivered to our rooms at 8:30 am was a surprise. I did not eat any of it.

SI VOUS N'AIMEZ PAS LE PORRIDGE AU PETIT DEJEUNER PASSEZ VOTRE CHEMIN

Belle façade chambre confortable et décoration de bon gout et cosy belle salle de bain apparemment tout est neuf ou très recent

le petit déjeuner !!! nous avons été prévenu lors de notre arrivée que le petit déjeuner se prenait dans notre chambre et que nous aurions notre panier à 08h30 devant la porte. Pas de possibilité de choisir l'heure du petit déjeuner !!! A 08h30 on vous dépose un panier contenant : 1 bouteille de jus d'orange, un bocal avec du porridge (si vous n'aimez pas c'est la même chose) et un croisant à la farine complète (il faut aimer). Ce petit déjeuner est un choix délibéré du propriétaire (vegan ?) mais je pense que lors de la réservation il faut indiquer impérativement cette obligation d'adhérer au choix du propriétaire. Nous prendrions ainsi notre décision de réserver dans cet hôtel ou pas

The breakfast is average at best and there is no table to sit up to in the bedroom, and no choice of tea or coffee, just the real basics.! Breakfast in your room, should be a pleasure but this was disappointing

Lovely accommodation that I would recommend for couples.

Very comfortable, very welcoming/accommodating host. Very pretty view from our room at the front of the building.

Not much around in the town of Broadford but worked out well as a home base as we drove around Skye and the surrounding area.

Very very expensive clean but more “isolated” experience. no warm or special touches

clean sauna convenient

no special “touches” for a luxury hotel at an exorbitant price. bed was super soft - hot water and nespresso but no quality tea variety or welcome Prosecco or wine. No face cloths or towels in the c sauna shower area (robes were nice) noone at reception after 7 or before 8:30 am. left early to enjoy the good x weather but none to deliver earlier “basket! reception person was great when he was there! super helpful

Gorgeous location and rooms. Spa was great after chilly days out exploring. Breakfast delivered to your door in baskets was a fun touch

Didn’t seem to be people at the front desk after the start of check-in time. So if you get there late unless you schedule a time might be a challenge or need assistance.

a little overpriced for a brand new but not really finished property.

Beautiful building, an old manse that you can tell they are remodeling with love

Didn’t understand why they would sell it as a spa when there was no hot tub or pool so no real reason to use the sauna/steam room. there are no bathrooms or private changing rooms in the spa area/first floor. Gorgeous start to what will be in the future an amazing place but the details like shampoo/toiletries/hairdryer and a better breakfast for the money I’m sure will come along.

Spa at Juniper is a must stay if you visit the Isle of Skye!

This spa hotel is so charming! Amazing views! Staff is helpful and courteous. Rooms were well appointed with excellent bedding & pillows and robes provided for hotel mini spa. Morning breakfast of warm fruit croissants with porridge delivered in a basket each day was a nice touch.

No elevator! (They have third floor) Breakfast at the room. For that - no appropriate table/ chairs in the room. No selection in breakfast. Vegetarian. No dinner option in house. Limited selection of restaurants around.

Lovely newly renovated little hotel with a very nice spa. Pleasantly surprised with the property.

Nice location on the lake. Bonus was the spa with a sauna and steam room - very nice to relax in after a day of touring/hiking. Recently renovated with modern well equipped rooms. And a lovely breakfast which is delivered to your room. Exceeded expectations, would definitely recommend.
