The location was brilliant, it felt really safe. The apartment was extremely clean. The timings of the heating were spot on, it was nice to arrive home in the evening to a warm apartment. It was lovely that the sofa bed was already made up for us.
although stating the cafe was open at 9am on Saturdays, it was closed. We were planning to have breakfast there so didn’t buy at supplies in so it meant we had to find somewhere else. However, due to the location being so central this wasn’t difficult!

Great location
We had to downsize at last minute. The price difference was £20 and we only received one bottle of Prosecco which doesn’t seem reasonable

Perfect for our needs during a short stay in Hull, clean, reasonably priced and a great location.
Cafe with friendly staff on the ground floor is handy for breakfast but note it is not open on a Monday which seemed odd.
The code to open the doors is on a link in an e-mail that is sent to you at the time you specify you will arrive, we booked two rooms but only got an e-mail for one of the rooms so assumed the second e-mail had gone missing in the ether, it was all sorted with a quick chat with the lovely host.

Beds were so comfy , they rang me to make sure I wanted the sofa bed as I didn't request it online so we wouldn't be left short once we were in which I am appreciative of. The bedrooms were so comfy and large in size . My little one's loved it . Shower was good , loved the built in shower gell as we forgot ours , even though we grabbed some from the shop having it there incase was a nice touch. Didn't want to add this to the didn't like section as this was the only a slight issue , The email for the door key didn't send which meant ringing trying to get it sent through. It was sorted pretty easily , the guy on the phone said the email bounced and re sent it to a different email. Parking was amazing having it right below , good amount of spaces and had no issues . Overall lovely stay.

Unfortunately an email that we should have received which would have acted as our key never arrived. However the coffee shop staff helped us and then an email was then sent , which meant we could gain access. The coffee shop staff were very friendly and helpful and even offered our dog a vegan cream in a tub and a water bowl.We checked out of the accommodation at 10.00 and after a phone call was made we were able to leave our car in the secure parking area and we had a look around Hull before we left. We also popped into the cafe (coffee shop)on the lower level and had a tea with cake and there were vegan options available.
Just the initial problem with the key and the very tight parking area. Also didn't like at night when we wanted to access the apartment quickly we had to log on to our emails to get the scanned code up to access the property.
However overall were very happy with the accommodation and all the staff we had contact with. The property is a very good standard however thought 25 pound per night for our dog was expensive.(but we were aware of that before we made the booking)

The location was convenient
Whilst the property was as described, it was not the home-from-home we were hoping for. It had two chairs which were not comfortable in front of a TV which didn't connect to the wifi and App services, leaving just BBC1 accessible. We gave up and sat on the bed with our laptops, which was no different than if we'd stayed in a hotel room.
I had booked this apartment on behalf of my son and partner, who were in Hull for very difficult personal circumstances. They started their stay at a local hotel (The Hilton), which worked well. Originally, we'd tried to book the Humber Lofts for the full time planned in Hull, but it hadn't been available for the first week. When it became available again, it was booked with the idea it would create more freedom and comfort to get away from the four walls of a hotel room, even when our need for the apartment was shortened, we planned to stay the duration and treat it as a well needed break. It failed to deliver comfort and was extremely disappointing. We decided to leave after 3 of the 5 nights booked.
They run an efficient business, which is clearly used by a lot of people. It wasn't the experience we hoped for.

The location was convenient
The apartment was not as described or as per the pictures. There was a bed, a small table, but no sofa. The kitchen area didn't have an oven, just a microwave so were unable to cook. 2 each of cutlery, plates, and bowls.
I had booked this apartment on behalf of my son and partner, who were in Hull for personal commitments. They started their stay at a local hotel (The Hilton), which worked well for convenience, and cooked breakfast during the week. Changing to an apartment was supposed to give them a home-from-home feel and the ability to eat in. It failed to deliver comfort or cleanliness and was extremely disappointing. They only stayed 3 of the 5 nights booked.
From our experience, the hosts are not interested in their guests' satisfaction and put commerciality ahead of anything.

Location was good
Car park like Crystal Maze. Dirty toilet brush. Bad maintenance to walls. Uncomfy tiny couch - not fit for 2bed apartment. One toilet roll supplied. Freezing cold and can only get more heat if we paid for it. Long curtains hide the radiators. Bad view from lounge window. No TV in bedrooms.

Great location, walkable distance to train station, town, and the quayside. Great room with good facilities, kitchen stocked, and lots of lights from the windows (don't worry, blinds did great work).
Was a little confused on communication beforehand, door code/keys were jumbled between other emails and semi difficult to find unless you knew where to look or browsed around beforehand. But staff on the phone was helpful. Bed was massive but both bed and pillows were not comfortable for us, very hard mattress and limp pillows. Just FYI - not great for those who don't have an internet connection or smartphone as you need it to access the room.

The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very clean and modern! Would have been great for a longer stay as there were plenty of facilities to cook.
The bed was a little firm and there was no air conditioning which was a little uncomfortable in a heat wave but they did provide a fan!

The digital key didn’t work on my phone unless I was on their Wi-Fi. It worked only on my husband’s phone. This meant we couldn’t go out separately.

Apartment view and the decorations.
The car park is actually a very small underground area. Anyone driving a car larger than a Mini/ Micra ( you get the idea) will have a hard time manoeuvring back and forth trying to get a decent angle to move around.
Thus, the apartment is also small when compared to the similar price range per metre in the area.

Very clean, good facilities.
Check-in virtually impossible. Staff quite impatient, too many emails, key information not obvious, car park too small for my car, you don’t find this out on booking but only when read in the apartment. The opening g of doors from a button on an email is fraught with problems.
