Excellent property with lots of space indoors and out for a group.
Plenty of everything that you needed.
Lovely outdoor space with seating and a huge hot tub.
Location may not suit everyone but good for us.

The property was amazing really clean and tidy well presented
That there was an extra £190 charge for hot tub witch was not stated when booked

Jaya and Dipak left loads of generously proportioned goodies for us: breakfast, milk, cereal, snacks, biscuits, cupcakes, butter, OJ, beer and the list goes on
I'm really fussy about pillows and bedding, but Jaya tells me she is onto that and so even that small quibble will soon be sorted.

The Hot tub was a great feature to the property. Rooms were clean and very presentable. Great space downstairs in kitchen and nice addition with the PS4 in the living room. Perfect for groups to enjoy themselves over a weekend.

I stayed here for a few days for a Hen Do. The house was amazing for a big group, very spacious and homely. Comfortable beds and great amenities. The host was very helpful and recommend activities, taxis and local attractions. They also left us a lovely gift of Prosecco and cupcakes. The hot tub was a great addition to have and easy to work.
Nothing everything was great.

The aparthouse is self-catering. However, there was a full selection of cereals, croissants, small cakes and chocolate bars.
In addition, there was fresh milk and fruit juice in the fridge, coffee and an assortment of teas.
That's just breakfast...
The Wifi was trouble-free. There is a PS4, and whilst we couldn't figure out how to charge the controllers, I know that the owners would have been round immediately had I explained the problem.
There is a delightful outside area, with lighting and fairy lights in trees. We couldn't get the bar lights to work, but once again, didn't want to trouble the owners who had already done so much for us.
We could have stayed longer. It was a family get together and if it weren't for my grandson flying out of a London airport on Sunday, we would have extended our stay, with full consent from the owners.

Our host couldn’t have been more attentive, made sure to make sure that my mates and I enjoyed our weekend from the minute we checked in to the minute we left, would recommend staying here to any group looking to visit Newcastle, 5/10 minutes in a cab from the centre of town so excellent location. Rooms were spacious and well equipped including rooms with en suites. Went above and beyond with making my birthday special and couldn’t have been more appreciated.

From initial access to the property, first impressions and check out, the stay was great and exceeded our expectations. The host was exceptional and went above and beyond to make our stay a most pleasurable one. My colleagues and I enjoyed the stay immensely (Home away from home). We all agreed that Numero Uno will be our first choice the next time we visit Newcastle.
The property had a Playstation and I was dissapointed that it didn't have a Fifa football game that would have enabled me to humble my so called "video game FiFa expert colleagues" :-). Loved everything else.

the proper was very clean and very spacious! fantastic back garden and big kitchen was perfect for our group to socialise before going into the city centre. the hosts also provided a birthday cake (which tasted absolutely lovely!) and a some breakfast bits and treats which was the cherry on the cake for a perfect stay.
there was nothing not to like about this property. if you had to moan about anything it would be the 35 minute walk to city centre.. which was 10 minutes and less than £10 in a taxi so really no issue

Excellent and very friendly service from the owner. She couldn't do enough to ensure we were informed, and happy with the stay, and the facilities on offer
The house, rooms, decor, and facilities were of the highest standard, and attractive - that ooh moment was there the minute you entered the property
Everything was cleaned and decorated to the highest standard. Bedrooms individual, fun, and elegant.
Lovely outside area with gazebo to relax in
The best welcome basket of goodies, and welcome bottles of drink I have ever received in a hotel/House booking, was waiting to greet us
Not too far out of Newcastle, especially by car, bus, or taxi. Walk is around 40 mins. Even though property is not in the unaffordable city centre, the price was good, considering the standards of the house already mentioned above
Will love to book this house again, especially with more time to enjoy it.
Highly recommend!
