Salvaje y tranquilo

Piscina con vistas en lo alto de Siquijor. Personal súper agradable, dispuesto y atento. Instalaciones muy acogedoras con comedor, billar, y zonas de relax en la piscina. Pizzas caseras riquísimas.

Un lieu incontournable à Siquijor avec piscine !

La piscine à débordement avec une vue très belle. Le restaurant et sa diversité de plats (notamment européens). La gentillesse du personnel et des deux goldens trop beaux.

Pas de pression d’eau, et petit souci d’organisation de la navette retour.

Almost Great

Quirky place off the beaten track but also close to the lovely area of San Juan, really nice food and drink at the restaurant, two cute golden retrievers that are super friendly and always come to greet you, free pool table, beautiful sunset by the pool.

We had ants in our kettle and all over the toilet. To the point where two days in a row we poured ants into our cups and often had to scratch ants off our butts while sitting on the toilet. The shower didn't get very hot either. While it's nice to be off the beaten track, it is also not walkable to get anywhere so you have to pay for trikes or rent a scooter. Also as other people have mentioned in reviews, visitors to the restaurant also get access to the pool and sunbeds which means the guests that pay to stay there are stuck with worse/no seating and waiting a long time for drinks. Leaves a bit of a bad feeling when staying here isn't exactly cheap.

Très joli cadre

Le cadre est très beau et la piscine agréable surtout au coucher du soleil, jolie chambre en bois avec terrasse et vue mer pour la nôtre. Personnel souriant. Le resto sert de très bons plats également, le service est un peu long mais c'est normal tout est fait à la minute.

Il n'y a pas de sèche-cheveux. L'hôtel est excentré de la route principale et ça grimpe sec, si on a un scooter pas de problème sinon c'est faisable à pieds, nous l'avons fait à la descente tous les matins mais pour remonter c'est plus galère surtout sous un soleil de plomb et certains tricycles ne veulent pas y aller... 5% supplémentaires si on paye en carte.

Estancia de relajacion y comodidad

Estuvimos 4 noches en Nakabalo y fue espectacular. El sitio es precioso, bien cuidado, limpio y los atardeceres mágicos. El desayuno está incluido y puedes elegir entre varias opciones, todas abundantes. Los precios del restaurantes, tanto comida como bebida, son totalmente correctos (300php los platos de comida, 80php las cervezas y 200php los cócteles) y está todo riquísimo. Las chicas son encantadoras y muy atentas. Limpian la habitación diariamente, cambiando las toallas y reponiendo el agua. También te proporcionan toallas para la piscina. Tienen servicio de lavandería por 100php/kg, también pueden reservar triciclos por ti y alquilan motos (aunque en el pueblo son mas baratas) tiene unos perros muy cariños y que cuidad la propiedad, en mi último día se fueron a despedir de nosotros, una linda experiencia.

Lo único “malo” es que está un poco alejado del centro (andando no es muy factible) y es casi imprescindible alquilar moto, pero merece mucho la pena por las vistas y la tranquilidad del lugar

Enchantés

On a tout aimé! La chambre était très belle (magnifique salle de bain). Les extérieurs sont très beaux (la piscine et cette vue mer particulièrement). C’est très agréable pour se relaxer et profiter du coucher de soleil (exceptionnel) Nous avons loué un scooter directement au port de Larena (on a mis 35 minutes) L’hôtel est très bien placé, proche des plages, des restaurants… Le personnel est vraiment au top.

Il manquait un peu de pression dans la douche. Il y a avait énormément de moustiques.

Tout était parfait, le personnel, le logement, le complexe hôtelier. La vue est magnifique, la nuit vous dormez au calme du bruit de la ville. + 1 pour le terrain de pétanque !

Vue à couper le souffle !

Le cadre est exceptionnel, les couchers de soleil incroyables. Le personnel est attentif et adorable, toujours aux petits soins. Nous avons pu tester 2 types de chambre : standard et deluxe, toutes les 2 confortables, la vue de la deluxe vue sur mer est dingue.

Beaucoup beaucoup de touristes, moins "authentique" que certains hôtels que nous avons pu faire ailleurs, plus européen même en terme de nourriture. Un peu cher.

You need to stay here!

This is honestly one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in! The staff are absolutely amazing, so attentive and friendly. The facilities are great, food is some of the best we have had in the Philippines. This is also the best place for a sunset! We wished we stayed here for the whole time in Siquijor. Myself and my partner are backpacking and this hotel is so affordable- Couldn’t recommend enough 😊

Scooter should be better maintained as riding on the Philippines is challenging

Wonderful location away from tourist spot Nice bungalows and a terrific infinity pool One day they had chill house music afternoon/evening and a saxophonist was playing live Extraordinary!!!

Water in shower was trickle I asked 3 times to check it but nothing happened I also rent a scooter for 3 days at the property Unfortunately first evening I came back after sunset The scooter didn’t had light so the trip from the other side of the island was very dangerous

Stunning setting and great hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The view from the on-site restaurant and infinity pool is so beautiful and the main reason we stayed and then also returned for two nights later in the holiday. The elevated location offers incredible views over the forest and the ocean and excellent spot for watching the sunset. Staff were all very friendly and welcoming - we hired bikes to explore the island which we would definitely recommend. The included breakfast was very good and with a decent choice of options - the team even very kindly prepared it for us early one morning as we were checking out early for our ferry. The food at the restaurant was also very good and well-priced - freshly baked pizzas in the on-site pizza oven were a favourite! We enjoyed the chilled house background music at the bar/restaurant. The location is nicely secluded up a hill so good for relaxing and feeling away from it all. Would recommend the nearby Tubod Beach (1km away down the hill) for some excellent snorkeling at the marine sanctuary.

Un conseil, ne venez que pour profiter du restau avec vue. (Quand les travaux seront terminés)

La vue de la piscine, les petits déjeuners sont bons.

Nous n’avons pas été informé que la piscine était en travaux. Or c’est quand même le gros attrait de l’hôtel. Toute la journée des ouvriers sur la piscine refaisant la terrasse, donc impossible de profiter des espaces de détente. Tout en chantier. Les bungalows sont sans plus, un filet d’eau coule de la douche. On a demandé une annulation dès la première nuit, nous relancions plusieurs fois par jour et nous avons eu une réponse le dernier jour ..

i cannot recommend this place enough!! the view is like nothing youve seen before, simply STUNNING to watch sunset from up there! the aff were absoloutly fantastic and the rooms were very good value for money.

we would recommend the standard room over any of the more expensively ones as we tried both and the standard room was by far the coolest and nicest room!

Beautiful view and pool, lovely gardens and surrounding jungle. Cute dogs and kittens that live on the property. Restaurant has some nice food.

The rooms need updating. All the wood around the property is rotting so it’s becoming dangerous in some areas. The air conditioning in my room was really bad (was told as I was checking out that it wasn’t working properly and they wanted to fix it- conveniently waiting til I had left!). Bed and bedding not very comfy and there is nothing nice to stand on in the bathroom as floor is very rough stone. Staff seemed to just want to chat and hang out, not doing a lot of work. Service is slow or nonexistent. Hard to get around if you don’t want to ride a bike- taxis and tuktuks don’t like to go up the hill.. it’s very steep!

Please do yourself a favor, don’t book the standard (rudimentary) room. Hotel is very nice.

We absolutely loved Siquijor, it’s a pure gem! You should absolutely visit this island with a lot of things to do, renting a scooter is a must. The pool area and restaurant are really good, nice and clean, the view is simply incredible! The hotel prospectus is a real +, really helpful to find the good spots on the island. Food is nice. Staff friendly.

The room. The standard (very rudimentary) room is such a shame looking at the hotel as a all. We had a water leak during our four days stay and it haven’t been fixed (although our 3 complains to the staff). There is no place to store your belongings and traces of mold on the ceilings (bedroom and bathroom). No hairdryer.

The accommodation looks fantastic and has an Instagram vibe. The staff were friendly and happy to help.

The room had a fantastic view and was very spacious. At first glance it feels very modern. However, after an hour you realise that it's actually run down in certain areas. The bathroom needs a refresh as the tiles are grubby and the floor boards in the bedroom have in places rotted through. The roof had also leaked the night before so the bedroom ceiling had wet patches. We both felt it the whole accommodation needed some good TLC maintenance.
