Absolutely spotless, cozy and as described, close to everything and peaceful, very relaxing.
Nothing.

My husband always wanted to stay in a gypsy caravan, so this was great! Just bigger! Close to town , warm and comfortable, and ver quiet. Beautiful gardens, and a very informative host.
Only downside was a decent walk to unload the car but it was fine really.

A little different in a good way.
Kym an excellent host and I was privileged to see his private museum of artefacts collected on his extensive travels.
Good location with a pleasant short walk to cafes and major tourist features.
A little noise from above in the unit I stayed in but it did not interfere with my enjoyment of the place.

We loved the vibrant, oriental, garden. It was extremely comfortable and beautiful. We got to see the owners private collection of what he has collected over his years of travel which me and my partner really enjoyed.
We liked everything. No complaints whatsoever.

The Gypsy accommodation and the travel show talk. A unique property. Biscuits and a good supply of tea and coffee.
It was value for money - one small hole in the bedspread

House was reasonably clean. Lounge comfortable, beds reasonably comfortably.
Location was good for walking into town. The forest good for taking our dog for a walk close by.
Kym was a very friendly, informative and welcoming host, Jedda very friendly especially with our 1 yr old puppy.
The gardens were lovely.
It was a little bit pokey, not a lot of space to move around in the kitchen or main bedroom.
The Exit light on the backdoor is a bit too bright if you prefer to sleep with bedroom doors open.
Probably would be a bit cramped with more than 2 adults and 3 kids.

we stayed in one of the gypsie wagons at the end of a cool garden. The wagon was well equipped with air con, cooking facilities and a romantic bed. Kym, the owner, and his gentle dog Jetta, gave the place a memorable touch. And Kym, an inveterate traveller, ensured that the evening when he gave a presentation about his perspectives of the six dozen or more countries that he has visited (I.e. more than me, the guest, who has hit the international hi- and byways since 1957) was the absolute highlight of our two-day stay in lovely Echuca. We also greatly appreciated that Kym allowed us to use the washing machine. Just the sort of welcome that a real traveller welcomes and an even more real traveller knows how to offer! Superb memory!

the bench seat in the kitchen was a bit uncomfortable after a while watching a movie.

Kym the owner was extremely welcoming and made us feel extremely welcome, walking distance to all Main Street, river, supermarket etc
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t really like about the property it is very quaint, maybe a better and just a couple of little things ( couldn’t close the shower doors ) but Kym had recently returned from a long trip

comfortable accommodation nice surroundings
could hear people in adjoining room very clearly a little annoying
7.0 / 10.0
You could hear everything that was said in the adjoining house and so everything my friend and I spoke about could be heard also.

The only problem was that if the guy on the floor above us walked around or went to the toilet, we heard his footsteps. Quite loudly. It woke the gig on out first night.
