Nothing we didn't stay. When we arrived the place was locked. No pin had been provided. When we eventually not through on the phone to "Pillowpartners.co.uk" who are the third party who run this place, they gave us the code. We got into the property to find a strong damp musty smell followed with the fact it hadn't been cleaned since previous occupants. Also has only 2 bedrooms despite our search for a 3 bedroom place giving us this booking. Dirty towels in Bath, nothing cleaned at all. We refused to stay. They wouldn't provide us with alternative accommodation so we at last minute had to request a full refund and find alternative accommodation for our 4 night trip away. This put us into a hotel instead of a home so not only did it cost us £130 more, we also lost £90 in food shopping that we then had no where to store. We had also brought food shopping down with us (4 hour drive) which all also had to be binned.
Nothing. The place is awful I do not recommend. It shouldn't be even used as a place to stay as has damp and mould

The host was friendly and willing to help. Liked the space available, the provision of facilities like washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils etc. There was easy access to a Co-Op supermarket on the same road. It is in a superb location for access to Glasgow by train, bus or car.
The toilet seat needs stabilising and the curtains in the back bedroom need fixing. It would be good to renew paper the cupboards and ensure that some crockery in lower cupboards are washed properly

I love it! The house is very spacious and comfortable. Each room has a TV, even in the kitchen! The house is clean and well organised. The kitchen is big, suitable for a family gathering. The place is quiet, good to escape the busy city. It is 10 to 15 minutes drive to Glasgow city. The host is very friendly and nice. He greeted us when we arrived and checked if we need anything else. Would love to stay there again next time, really recommended!

Location was ideal for our needs. Robroyston train station is a two minute drive (away with free parking) or a 10 minute walk. The M8 is only a few minutes drive from the property and Loch Lomond was about a 45 minute drive. A large park with a lake is about 50 yards from the property so our dog was in his element. The path to do a full circuit of the lake is about 2 miles and there are other activities on offer there.
The property has a nice garden, dishwasher, washer/dryer and all the kitchen utensils needed. Takeaways are not far away (fish and chip shop, pizza and Chinese) but others deliver if you want something different,
Al the owner was extremely helpful if we had any questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in a nice little cottage that is great as base for travelling further afield or for trips into Glasgow or Edinburgh. When we went to Edinburgh for the day we drove along the M8 and used the park and ride on the tram at Ingliston (about 40 minutes from the cottage) but used the train from Robroyston station to go into Glasgow (about 15 minute journey).
Not a criticism and I'm sure Al will take this on board before anyone else visits, but it would be useful if there were some larger glasses for those of us who enjoy a beer after a day out!

Ideally located for what we needed, has good off street parking and well equipped kitchen. Good wifi and tv
It would be good to have a couple more chairs in the kitchen and the spare room could manage with a double and single.

House was warm, shower was good, and area quiet. Just what we needed as we were in Glasgow working nights. The kitchen was clean, spacious, and well equipped. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Great value for money, would stay again.
