El baño estaba un poco descuidado y había un luz azul en una pared de la habitación que debía de ser algo de electricidad/seguridad que no se podía apagar. Tuvimos que levantarnos a mitad de la noche a ponerle algo encima

Portovenere e il vino gli unici che meritano

La doccia e l aria condizionata.

Sarebbe un elenco infinito. Accoglienza iniziale e nei giorni a seguire a dir poco glaciale. Se fosse successo qualcosa durante il giorno o la notte non un numero di telefono al quale chiamare. La zona delle più sporche che avviano sto in Italia come periferia. E la sera faceva paura sia per uscire che per entrare. Pulizia della camera non buona, la polvere che ho trovato è rimasta. La mezza pensione una presa totale in giro perché col prezzo di 15 euro ci hanno servito tutta roba pronta ogni giorno o a pranzo o a cena. Si vedeva che era del supermercato oppure pasta scotta sempre servita in piatti della Pizza. Altra cosa orribile il formaggio centellinato in bustine umide di carta con lo scotch. Colazione già preparata e sempre uguale per tutti i giorni con un solo cornetto a testa, biscotti comprati al supermercato così come la fetta di dolce. No comment. Veramente tra la struttura, il personale associato non presente e manco cordiale nei confronti del turista mai più tornerò a La Specia. Unica

La ubicación estaba bien y había aparcamiento fácil . La habitación estaba reformada

Las instalaciones de fuera estaban muy descuidadas, todo muy viejo, el desayuno muy cutre para ser un restaurante. La cama poco cómoda.

Esta muy bien ubicado,es muy limpio, el personal es muy agradable y servicial. El desayuno q sirven es muy bueno y la comida q ofrecen excelente y a muy buen precio, volveria sin dudas.

B&B simpático

El personal es muy agradable y atento. Está muy cerca de la estación del tren, perfecto si necesitas hacer excursiones, como era nuestro caso. El desayuno nos encantó!

Al aire acondicionado le costaba arrancar con el calor que hacía y no hay mucho espacio de almacenaje. No lo recomendaría para estancias de más de dos noches.

Muy recomendable

La habitación en la que nos alojamos era amplia y bonita. Nos quedamos varias noches y estuvimos muy agusto. El personal fue amable y nos dio algunos consejos para visitar otros pueblos cercanos que nos fueron muy útiles. El desayuno muy bien, rápido y abundante. Está muy bien situado cerca de la estación.nosotros nos quedamos aquí para ir a cinqueterre así como otros pueblos cercanos

Nada. Al llegar puede parecer que el edificio es un poco antiguo y en mal estado pero es solo la apariencia por fuera, por dentro esta muy bien, incluso diría recién reformado. La zona de alrededores no es tampoco muy buena pero andando un poco está el centro de la spezia o la estación para moverse, así como paradas de autobús

Fantastico di sicuro che se tornerò alla Spezia prenoterò ancora in questa struttura.

La posizione è fantastica vicino alla stazione del treni, supermercati e restauranti e se va a piedi in centro. la colazione molta buona con bevanda calda, succo e cibo dolce e salato. Il ristorante molto caratteristico Italiano.

Unica cosa che non mi e piaciuto che il bidet era troppo vicino al wc. e la luce del bagno rimani accesa per un po, dopo che uno esci.

Agréable séjour

Chambre spacieuse et salle de douche moderne, agréable petit déjeuner copieux et servi à table. Je vous recommande de manger une pizza dans leur restaurant car elles sont excellentes!

Ottimo soggiorno a La Spezia

Ottima posizione vicino la stazione centrale di La Spezia, molto comoda per andare alle Cinque Terre ma anche per altri luoghi di notevole interesse. Stanza nuovissima, ristrutturata, molto grande e molto pulita. Colazione buona anche se non a buffet per cui limitata nella scelta. La Guesthouse dà la possibilità della mezza pensione con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e con una grande comodità a fine giornata.

Forse le stanze sono state appena ristrutturate per cui sono un po' spoglie, aggiungerei uno specchio nella stanza e magari qualche quadro alle pareti. Aggiungerei alla colazione un po' di frutta e qualche yogurt.

La ubicación, para quien pretenda estar cerca de la estación de trenes, es ideal. El desayuno es muy completo y la señora que se encarga es súper amable.

El wifi no llegaba al cuarto.

Wspaniałe jedzenie, zamawiajcie pobyt koniecznie z kolacją. Bardzo miły personel, szczególnie Panie w restauracji.

Słabe wi-fi, brak jakiejkolwiek półeczki w łazience na osobiste rzeczy, szampon i mydło w malutkich opakowaniach, niewystarczająca ilość na czterodniowy pobyt, nie zmieniono ręczników w czasie czterodniowego pobytu

Ok value for money for a short stay and visit to Cinque Terre.

They have a nice restaurant where they serve breakfast and you can have a nice dinner at night. It's less than 10 minutes away walking from La Spezia train station.

The rooms are in a old building with bad sound isolation. Our room was old and didn't seem tidy at all.

Too noisy and too small room. With no closet.

Only the location: near the train station.

Too small room for 4. We got only 2 shower towels (we are family of 4). There is no closet. The Wi-Fi does not work and there is no signal in the room (the mobile phone can not work at all). Too noisy- near the pizzeria. Too loud music almost all night. No parking space- the one on the street is full (it is hard to find a free parking space).

Great location, nice room and kind owner.

The location is excellent, close to the train station, you can walk with your luggage, near all the city’s attractions and water front. The owner was a very nice person, the rooms were very new and very clean in an old style building. You have use of a fridge and kettle.

Breakfast was at a bakery close by which you give a voucher to. The staff there were very unfriendly and seemingly resentful of most customers on both the occasions we went there. Also there is nothing but sweet things to eat there, no fruit or anything else. Pablo the owner made a great effort to greet us and check us in. After that you are on your own but you can call him if you need anything. It is a bit of a lonley place because of no one being around. They would do better to serve their own breakfast to their clients for some connection.

Reasonable and clean place to stay. Very good food at the restaurant!

Within walking distance from the train station. Approx. 7 minute walk. Access to the restaurant was great and food was very good!

No one available between 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. to let you into a room, which was fine and was stated on the website. The only thing is we arrived during those hours expecting them to at least hold our luggage so that we could wander around La Spezia. Even though there were people in the restaurant where you were to meet someone for your room, they would not take your luggage. This would have been a big help and hopefully in future will do this for others. We had to stand on side of road with our luggage for 2 hours. Would have been nice to include fruit and yogourt with breakfast.
