perfect if you need a place to stay and relax for a day upon arrival or departure from Cancun. Lovely owners, great garden and a quirky little cenote.

Juan was a wonderfully gracious, helpful host. He has put great care and attention into the beautiful gardens and on-site cenote, and we could really feel pride of place. The tranquil music makes this into a peaceful oasis away from the crowds and noise of Cancun proper. The room itself was very clean, and we were comfortable. The area surrounding the property is not conducive to walking or exploring, but we found Uber to be a convenient way to get around. Juan told us that he is working towards having a restaurant on the property. This will be excellent since there is nowhere to get a bite to eat within easy walking distance. (Juan did provide several options for ordering in.) Even a continental breakfast service would be great. We absolutely loved the experience of feeling the small fish in the cenote nibbling at our feet. Totally unique to have this available on the property! Juan, we wish you all the best!!
We booked this hotel primarily for its proximity to the airport, but it's actually not easy to get from the airport to the hotel unless you have rented a car. The taxi ride is very expensive despite the short distance. (We were able to negotiate a 500 MXN ride, but most taxi drivers wanted at least 1000.) Uber drivers can take you to the aiport (much more reasonable rate), but they are not allowed to pick passengers up from the airport.
This is just a small suggestions, but perhaps a few simple decorations in the room would make it feel more welcoming. The gardens are so gorgeous, with so much attention to detail, but the room was very plain.

the politeness and helpfulness of the staff
no fridge in the room:-( no mugs, no kettle ( however a small common fridge is in the corridor)

they didnt open the gate when i was there on time. it was in the middle of nowhere and when i got there they didnt reply to my messages nor phone calls. and they charged me when i didnt even make the check in and refused to refund. what a scam

this property is a hidden magical oasis next to airport. the owner, who speaks perfect English, showed me around his flawless creation. I was charmed by the details and special cenote hidden on the property with little fish that clean your dead skin. the property also has a lovely floating spa that I wish I had the opportunity to use, but perhaps next time.
it's tucked away but I didn't necessarily not like that

Juan Carlos welcomed us very warmly and went the second mile to make us comfortable. He very patiently helped us order dinner to be delivered. He showed us the property and its amenities, making us feel right at home. He has done a great job in developing the property and giving it a sense of serenity. We wish Juan Carlos all the best!
The taxi drivers at Cancun airport are aggressive and charge a fortune (about 1,100 pesos). I would have used Uber, if I had known it was available. Next time. Juan Carlos helped us call a private taxi driver for our return to the airport (300 pesos).
Our room was clean and comfortable. However, the walls were bare, so the room felt a bit drab. We would also prefer lightbulbs in the "warm white" spectrum, rather than "cool white."

We left too early for breakfast, 4 am! Early flight and so near airport, ten minutes away from Avis to drop off rental car. Juan helped us (and google) find our way to a lovely shopping center very nearby for supper the night before. Americans: There is a TGIF! ha!! Also on the way to the shopping mall there is an elephant crossing sign. Now I really want to know, IS there an elephant?! Plenty of gas stations on the way for airport drop off of car, open 24 hours, btw.
This location is so perfect for coming and going from the airport and so lovely, clean, comfortable, and affordable. Everyone is correct to exclaim about Juan's efforts to create this haven! Just perfect. A gem!!!! I also loved the Oz theme. Somewhere Over the Rainbow, indeed. You are there, my friend. Blessings.
It's not that we didn't like this, just for the help of others in the future: FYI: Google maps recognized the name of the villa so we drove right there, inspite of wicked construction happening right now in Cancun. From the main road under construction, there is a tiny little road down the hill, off to the right of a gas station that enters the suburb (probably not the usual way.) This is only our second time driving in Mexico, so yay us. We called when we got to the door and gate but were confused by the lack of signs on the door. (Likely not wise to have them?)
On this site it would help to have a picture of the door you will drive up to. I wish I had taken a picture or I would post it here myself. (Maybe there is one and I missed seeing it?) There is a door and gate to drive through (gated security makes total sense). You call when you arrive and Juan opens the gate, but we didn't know that. I couldn't understand the answering machine in Spanish which probably SAID that! Understanding three languages that are NOT Spanish doesn't help me in Mexico. We went next door to the riding stables and an American fluent in Spanish called next door. Juan came out and waved us over. Maybe banging on the people door would have worked too but we didn't think of that either. :) And didn't want to be rude Americans. Love to you!

We could easily leave the hotel very early well before working hours to catch our flight.
Interior of the room is like a cheap office.
In real life the hotel looks 2 times worse than in photos.
It was almost impossible to find entrance in the hotel, there are no signs at the entrance. Looks like they are purposefully hiding from somebody.

People were so nice!
It was difficult for me to find the property

the owner is very welcoming and responsive to any problem
what's not ok is that it's a more secluded area and if you need a store you can't find anything nearby or restaurants.. you have to order by delivery or take a taxi that only comes by phone order. the price is a bit exaggerated at 70 or so dollars compared to the TV in the room

Very nice and kind owner of the hotel!! Very helpful and a good service
It was a little bit keen of hearing.

Very beautiful property and friendly host. The attention to detail was definitely seen as you come into the front gate. Landscaping, walkways, pools, and even a cenote! The room was clean, A/C worked great and the bed was comfortable.
The location was a little far from anything except the airport. I had to walk 15 min to the highway to catch a cab to the center, but had a blast once I got there. Not many taxis will go to this area is what I hear, so just be prepared to plan ahead to get to where to need to go.

We liked the complete layout, the hotel installations are super clean and well organized. This is an excellent place to relax on your way back home. The Owner is 100% focused to customer satisfaction. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoy the spa services. For sure we will stay longer next time.
Hotel Location was a little bit hidden, but the Taxi from the airport will get you there without problem and Uber will get you around back and forth for fare price. From inside the hotel, there is nothing we did not like. Everything was great, you should give it a try, you will not regret.

Very welcoming host, felt like l was staying in a resort! Great water pressure, comfortable bed, access to fridge & coffee all the time.
Private Cenote on the grounds, paid access to spa retreat with flotation tanks and fish cleaning (meant to be relaxing!) Pool was great and outdoor area, could have stayed longer!

Juan was incredibly welcoming and took us on a tour of this hidden gem of a property when we arrived. He even helped us order food over the phone since our Spanish isn’t the best. The cenote was a nice surprise, as well as the coy fish. The room was very clean and comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to the area. Quiet neighborhood very close to the airport.
can’t complain

in general the place is clean and comfortable, great place for one night stay to catch the flight the next day
the bed sheets smelled as if they did not change them after used.

The property owner is literally the nicest person ever. I was supposed to be flying home Sunday morning but after a long day at the airport waiting on my delayed plane, the airline cancelled the flight altogether. I had to find somewhere close to the airport to stay last minute and I’m so glad it was this place. It is quiet, clean, and stunning. Pool area is gorgeous and it even has a spa where you can enjoy flotation therapy during your stay. The price for the place and it’s amenities are lower than I would have expected just because it’s such a great place. 10/10 recommend.

This place is a paradise! very peaceful, clean, comfortable and affordable. The owner is very attentive and the best part is that he doesn’t harass you to buy tours, he simply asked if we needed information or directions, to me that was a bonus. 100% recommended
Is a little hard to find but with the GPS we didn’t have any problem once we knew the area
