The views are great.
The photos of the property are deceiving. They use pvc piping for a banister entering the house. The steps need to be nailed down. We found a cockroach. They have a bad termite issue. The upstairs was 64 degrees and we received no instructions on how to turn on the heat. Communication was frustrating as you get no real answers, and no real help. The pool was dirty. It looks pretty from the photos but up close its gross. Rusty shower caddys and rusty and moldy shower heads. These people don't care about you. They want your money and will ignore any and every issue. You get the runaround, because you'll be gone, and then the next person will come along and they will do the same thing. I tried to get a different place to stay, however accommodations did not come through. I was stuck here with this rotting building with bugs. I vomited when I saw the cockroach. We all slept in the same room because it was 64 degrees. They couldn't bother sending someone to help us with the heat. They never sent anyone about the bugs,, but they sent someone while we were gone to put their trash to the curb. They don't care about you at all. I refused to cook here as we had planned. I have to quarantine and treat my luggage to make sure I don't bring their pests into my own home. This place is a pain in the backside. There are other places to stay that are well taken care of, and I'd look anywhere but this house or any vacasa property. This house would be great if it was taken care of. No responsible property owner houses guests in a pest ridden property with rust and mold. Again, the pictures are deceiving. Broken bed in boys room with broken window, there were too many things wrong to mention. Disgusting cushions on the porch furniture. Rusted glass doors don't open and some don't lock. Stairs need to be screwed back on. No certificate of operation on the elevator that has no key provided to lock the downstairs.
