The breakfast was good, but the hidden fees are insane. I had about $250 of extra fees.

All things considered, best hotel I've ever stayed in!

Everything! I never leave reviews, but this stay warrants it. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels and this was hands down the most comfortable room I've ever had the pleasure of staying. Most comfortable bed ever! 10/10

Just standing hotel, Great Services!!!

The Staff was Extremely accommodating, specially, Sabrina at the front desk. Thank you soooo much for going even out of your way to get a very needed hair conditioner immediately , and making it very easy to extend out stay to a late check out... . The Breakfast area was immaculate, thank you, Daisy. It was a pleasure, you're truly meeting everyone with a happy attitude, nice smile and , surely all.your work was done to a perfection, food was delish, and had a variety of choices.. Thank you, all!!! We had a very pleasant stay Ohh, one more, - nice surprise-beautiful and cozy fireplace on a outside patio!!! So cute 😍!!!

really awesome stay and great bang for your buck!!! Definitely recommend

Parking, staff was really cool and helpful, you do have to walk under an underpass to get to the cute area (if you're walking) but it was a really short walk and not too sketchy! The room was superrrrr nice and the bed was very comfy!!

Surrounding area a little weird at night-just because it's not as busy. But we are New Yorkers so we wanna walk everywhere! Definitely some questionable characters on the walk, just be alert though (and don't walk alone) and you'll be fine.

Family trip to Asheville

Staff were truly friendly and professional. Pet friendly. Plenty of parking

$75 pet fee was too much. Parking should also be free. Room was smaller than expected

Location good if you have a car.

Good. Small frittatts with flavor , turkey bacon tough. Other usual things from continental breakfast menus.

Bed was terrible..memory foam lumpy. Fitted sheets too small for bed and pulled free of mattress

Exceptional

Super clean and comfortable! Rooms were very quiet and you could not hear any road noise outside. Staff was really great and accommodating! Breakfast was decent.

If I be had to say something, it would only be the proximity to the freeway off ramp as it was literally right on it..., but that was minimal.

Drove in from out of state. Left far more exhausted than we arrived for this very special occasion.

Difficult to access parking lot. Asked for a quiet room. Street noise and jackhammering several hours in the pm/am Next, Fire alarm went off for evacuation. Detector light flashing in face during night. NO REST, no peace, NO SLEEP. Failed to apply room points to our reward program.

Birthday in The Blue Ridge

Awesome view looking up into the mountains. Great breakfast with an oatmeal bar. Easy check in and out.

The parking situation was not great (sublevel parking garage) and security guard was a ghost. Desk clerk charged me the room fee even though I had already paid in full through booking. This was easily fixed on their end but took 4 days for my bank to clear the hold.

Nice place. Good value.

Clean, comfortable, good AC, great staff. Breakfast was so much better than comparable hotels. And I loved the city map telling us how far the walk was to different locations. And we rally lined the desk clerk Alan. He was so nice and helpful.

Location. Awkward getting in. Too far to be considered walkable to different places I wanted to go. The interstate noise.

Overcharged and lack of customer service!

The location

I was charged double charged for my room. After 12 a more calls and a very rude customer service supervisor I finally gave up and will just live with the $181 over charge. This experience was so bad I decided to never use Marriott hotels again.

Great place and awesome value for the money!

Very clean, nice and modern with great breakfast. Nice staff and plenty of parking. It’s a 10-min walk from downtown Asheville, 5-min walk from Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s and Harris tatter (a grocery store). We got upgraded since we’re staying here for 6 days, which was very appreciated!

The sofa is not very comfortable. Having to go under the bridge to get to downtown, although most of the time it didn’t feel sketchy.

Great place to stay.

King Room was very nice with all you need. Our room was very quiet & on side opposite highway. Very comfy bed. Breakfast was very good. Constantly attended to. Very good selection. About 10 minute walk to Dobra Tea house in downtown.
