Super location for shops and restaurants, quiet room.

It was very hard to find. No one told us it was upstairs and if it hadn't been for the young man at the shop downstairs we would never have found it

No parking

Excellent location
The outside door was jammed and the lock key entry didn’t work, preventing 4 tenants from entering the building for over an hour. Odd odor in the room. Very basic accommodations.

Has everything you need and property is helpful if there's any issues. Well located and near a grocery store and shops in walking distance which is nice. Would recommend for others in the area.

The location was very good. Nicely decorated
The checking in was the WORST experience I have ever had and I am a well travelled person.. I would return but they need to improve the check in. The codes etc and information should be sent out well in advance and not a day or so close to the check in date.

location was great for where I needed to be
it was difficult to reach someone before my stay which was frustrating. otherwise the place was great!

Close to restaurants and grocery store.
It was on second floor.

Great location, walking distance to many good restaurants, good parking, super clean and new room
No hot water for the shower & shower is too small for the average quest

clean , and close to tons of restaurants

from the mini kitchen with all amenities….to the well-stocked basic toiletries…..and an exceptionally comfortable bed…this property was a terrific fit for me. and the double security entry gave me peace of mind! Within walking distance to Whole Foods, Winn-Dixie, and many many restaurants (including old Lisbon which was marvelous!) I had a truly wonderful experience. And upon arrival the property manager brought by a bag of their own tree ripened mangoes! I had mentioned my love of mangoes while communicating with them and this was a delightful surprise.
my one complaint is a purely personal preference: the pillows were a bit dense for me, I like mine a bit softer. But I am sure they will be exactly what someone else is looking for!

bedsheets and furniture was new (bathroom was not renovated though)
the property was not ready to host clients because key assets were missing:
-no Wi-Fi (public Wi-Fi wasn’t working, had to go take calls from the street), communicated at arrival, saying if we weren’t ok we could just leave
- no tv, also communicated at arrival
- no laundry
- no functioning microwave for 2 days
- no water for one day, no notice so when I came back from power yoga I paid an Uber to shower somewhere else
- no proper cleaning as floor was super dusty and also when we asked to clean up wasn’t properly done
- the window remained open for two nights. it was stuck so we couldn’t close it ourselves
every day there were workers working.
at the beginning they made us stay 3 nights at another accommodation, given this one wasn’t ready, and we had to pay the taxi ourselves to move to this property.
I was told we could use public Wi-Fi as they had no Wi-Fi, but when I showed it was not working the owner was very rude and said that if I wasn’t ok with this I could just leave, and slammed the door behind him (I asked if he could go buy a SIM card to use it as router, as I would have some important calls to attend, he refused, so I paid for it myself).
in addition we had issues with the toilet, which got stuck and had to go use the one of the yoga studio nearby.
we are still waiting for the refund, we spent at least 20 hours overall to see how to fix these issues and so far nothing has happened, despite the several calls we had with the property and with booking.
